Avoid at all cost! Long story short, they took $75K, didn’t follow the construction blueprint, failed every inspection, and had to get escorted off property by police. Unbelievably, numerous other people has had this happen. …

Traverse City Exteriors put a new roof on our house, they did a great job, it didn't take them long. They did a great job cleaning up as well. My roof looks fabulous, I highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Traverse City Exteriors was one of four companies I had give me an estimate for roofing. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they had a crew out the next day and were finished that evening! Absolutely the best experience I could have asked for as a new homeowner. Thank you, Ed!

I found Traverse City Exteriors doing a Google Search. Andrew and his father Ed were at my door within 24 hours to give me an estimate. I had two other estimates, one for twice as much and the other for $7,000 more. I told them on Friday they were hired, and they showed up Monday by 8am to begin tearing off roofing, replacing plywood and getting the roof ready for new shingles. These guys worked until 7pm that day and would have worked longer if there was more daylight. They were back the next morning, worked around thunderstorms and had the whole place roofed by the end of day. They are coming back to install guards on the gutters. Oh, and the yard was cleaned up better than when the arrived. Class act, on time, professional and a great rate. Couldn't ask for more, Thank You!

I got a quick return call from Andrew, he and his wife were out the next day. They gave me a quote, and arranged for their crew to be out the following day. The crew was friendly and efficient. Clean up was great. The roof looks fantastic! Value and priceing could not be beat. Thank you, Andrew and Traverse city exteriors. I will recommend you to my friends.

Really did not enjoy the experience. Seemed like the wood was of poor quality procured by them and the workmanship was not great. Was considering roof work by them but not interested after their work on my porch.

Andy answered the phone the first time I called and was out quick with his wife, Sara, for the quote. His crew was all friendly and respectable towards me and my wife followed by a great clean up job. Andy and Sara made sure to check the quality of work before they would accept my check. 10/10 would use again.

We had a concrete patio installed at our business. We were given a very reasonable quote with several different options. The crew was there first thing in the morning, able to do landscaping removal, sprinkler moving, and get the concrete poured all in two days. Very patient and explained all the steps and proper concrete care instructions.
