  Don't bother. Poor communication and fraudulent labor charges. After no communication and my job getting pushed back over and over, I was advised I could cancel and have my deposit returned. They had already screwed 9 boards into my roof so that gutters could be mounted, and said they would have to charge me for the wood. Understandable, I figured it was better to eat the minor loss and just go elsewhere as Tony was incredibly rude when I asked about getting the job completed (Jeff was great). I received my deposit back, minus a charge of over a thousand dollars for labor...They had charged me for 4 guys for 3 hours each to screw 9 boards into the roof...at 75$ per guy per hour. They also charged me for double the amount of wood used. When I called, after some pushing I eventually was told it would get sorted as Jeff agreed it was ridiculous and told me that Tony was not good with people. I then received another check in the mail, for only $49. My repayment for the wood they overcharged me (after they increased the price of each board by 30% from the first invoice). No mention of the fraudulent labor hour charge for over a thousand dollars. Still trying to get this corrected.

  We were ready to start the job as planned, however we were told by Dave that the gutter company had to make changes last minute and we were not able to start the job as planned and instead had to install said boards to accommodate for the gutters being installed. After 2 weeks of waiting to hear that gutters were complete, and we could begin the job we had already began another project at a school that had to close due to roofing issues, we were not able to pull off the job until the issues were addressed and the school could reopen. After Dave repeatedly yelled at my office staff, having many tantrums like he is displaying here, I am glad we let him out of his contract.

  After being put off for several weeks, Premier completed some preventative maintenance on our roof today. They used white caulking on our dark brown roof and chimney which stands out like a sore thumb. Horrible job!!!!! Roofer never came to door to explain intent to use white versus black (which we are only now being told is an option). Roofer also didn’t come to door before leaving to review what was done. (Understandably based on the unprofessional job that he did). I would never recommend this company to anyone in need of roof repair due to their lack of pride in workmanship and customer service. While we did opt for preventative repair rather than repl at thIs time (was advised roof is still functioning well), we were never discouraged to do the repair and was never told white caulking would be used to effect the repair (or given option to use black).

  This customer received a bid to do the work properly. It was their idea to do the sub standard repair based on their budget. This is no reflection of Preferred Roofing.

  Terrible experience- couldn't even get a straightforward estimate: just gave an inflated price with no itemization and then argued that "that was good enough". Arrogant and opaque- stear clear of here

  This is not a fair review, If he didn't like the estimate then that is just fine, not everyone is meant to be a Preferred customer. We price our jobs to do them right, if this isn't what a potential customer wants then please feel free to use another contractor. Im truly sorry this somehow escalated for no reason.

  We had a tree fall onto our roof - they came out and did a quick patch then followed up with a nice repair job. We were very pleased with the work. Collin had a great attitude and was very efficient. We'd highly recommend Preferred Roofing Services.

  Preferred Roofing provided a fair quote for roof replacement and the representative was easy to work with. The workers were friendly and we felt like they did a good job cleaning up. The new roof looks great. We are very satisfied.

  Tony and his team knocked it out of the park. My condo assn needed two roofs done by the time the snow fell and they didn’t hesitate. They are top quality from their customer service to their install teams. Thank you for making it happen and being flexible!

  I would like to give a big shout out to Tony at Preferred Roofing for donating all the shingles to redo my roof and i would like to thank his worker Brian Beckham for taking the time to to do the work for it I'm a cancer survivor and on a fixed income and my roof was in grave need of replacement, couldn't have done it with out the help of Preferred Roofing company Thank you very much Tony
