Had 2 roofing co. give quote, one 11am then f&Snow at noon. He showed up on time and was nice but that's where it ended. The first co. got their quote back in a day and half, f&s I had to call not once but twice over a 6 day period to get a quote that was twice the other guys. Not good at all, wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Hi Michael, we appreciate your feedback. While we’re glad the initial meeting was positive, your estimate was in progress and being handled as quickly as possible. Our team prioritizes accuracy and quality over rushing estimates, which can impact timing. We understand this didn’t meet your expectations, but we stand behind our process and pricing.

Had a leak. Called to set up an appointment. They couldn’t have been nicer. From the office to Martin who came out. He listened to my concerns and did a thorough inspection. He immediately got to work. Was pleasantly surprised at how quickly he assessed the problem and worked to fix the leak. From minor repairs to roof replacement I would highly recommend F S Roofing for all your roofing needs. Thanks Again Martin

Quite possibly one of the best family owned roofing companies in Traverse City. You can expect to be treated professionally and promptly. I work with them regularly and have always been treated well. I can't speak to their work directly, but I can to their business ethics.
