The first three are Google’s own figures for Tough Roofing Vancouver, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the British Columbia roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Lower than most — the typical roofer in British Columbia sits at 2.4%. A higher share is a reason to read the critical reviews below, not a verdict.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Tough Roofing Vancouver. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

We have been working with Tough Metals on a lot of our custom home renovations and remodelling projects. And we are really happy with the quality of service they offer. Their dedication towards work and product quality is one of the best in Vancouver. We hope to have many more successful projects with them.

Jared was super helpful and responsive when I needed some work done on my roof. His guys were on time, professional, very knowledgeable and did great work. Cleaned everything up, made sure I was happy with the work before they left. Cannot say enough good things about him.

We had a couple of emergency issues but they were quick to come over and fix everything. We'll definitely be calling them again :)

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 15 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 15, of which 11 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
