I called to get an estimate for my leaking roof and made an appointment. The guy didn't show up at the promised time so I called and his response was "I was gonna call you when I'm on my way." Really?! Well, shouldn't you have told me that when I made the appointment? Or at least let me know if you can't make it on time. After all, you're not the only one who's busy. He finally showed up 2.5 hours later. After he checked my roof, he said he doesn't know what's causing the leaking problem, but he gave me a whopping quote in thousands (beware of their $1300 minimum charge!). So you're telling me that I've got to pay that much even if it involves minor works. What a crook! I may look young but I'm not stupid. Although I am not a roof expert, I can tell when something doesn't make sense or when someone's trying to rip me off. After dealing with this unprofessional, arrogant, and shady owner/guy, I would never use Total Roofing even if it is the last company on earth. I'd rather live with a leaking roof!

I had an emergency roofing issue due to a horrible general contractor we hired. Luck was not on my side until I called Total Roofing. I explained to Steve what my issue was and he came the same day to inspect my roof. His bid was 40% less than the quote I received from another roofing company. His people were professional, timely, and great to work with. I referred them to my mother and they installed a much needed new roof on her house. She was extremely pleased as well. The neighbor across the street from my mom was also impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of Total Roofing that they also hired them to replace their old roof. Again, they were pleased with their new roof and their experience working with Total Roofing. Needless to say, I highly recommend Total Roofing for all your roofing needs.

Total Roofing was amazing!! We needed some shingles replaced after the terrible winds back in January. Steve came over to inspect it right away before more bad weather could do more damage. We decided with his expert advice to replace the roof as it had much more damaged than we thought. Steve was able to get the new roof installed quickly and efficiently. He was able to give us the help we needed and was professional. We highly recommend Steve and Total Roofing!!
