This is a very bad company. I let them replaced my entire roof in November 2024. They to get charged me together 61,000. When they removed my old shingle, a guy, called Gary came, he told me three places need to repair and that I need to pay another 15,000, and I need to replace all the wood planks, otherwise he can’t promise that there will be no leaking happen. I agreed and paid the money. When their roofers were doing my job, I noticed a lot of bad quality labor work. And I asked him about the quality of my roof. He always said don’t worry about that. There will be no leaking happen. Now after 1 Year and 3 months there are two leaking spots on my living room’s ceiling. This company let me spent 12,000 for replacing my old wood planks, but a lot of my old planks are better than the new ones. After the leaking this company tried to shirking the responsibility. I don’t believe them anymore. And his boss Jack H is very very smart. He made me nervous and angry, try to let me deny his repair work. But his team is very unprofessional. They wanted to do water test and without protect our things. This is a really awful company which I never expected it. Be extremely careful of this company and his boss, Jack H and his staff Gary!

These guys and their crew are excellent overall. I was in an insurance “cancel” bind for a 20 yr old roof. It was hard to get anyone to respond. And my neighbors used them for similar reasons. Part of why I went with them is they are a …

They just finished a BIG overhaul of my house including replacing half the roof shingles, replacing three windows, replacing wood details and all the wood shingles, stucco repairs, a fence gate rebuild, a metal side door and frame replacement, roof vents installation, and a complete house repaint with three different colors. Then they installed several gutters and downspouts. The work quality was excellent. The crews were obviously very experienced. The contracts were clearly written with progress payments noted. The very important thing is, unlike some contractors, they ACTUALLY DID what they said they were going to do. The crews worked quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. The name of the company is about roofing but they are also licensed for general construction. They did all that work. I chose Real Clear Roofing because they had a 5 star rating on Yelp. Future customers can be confident that was accurate. 👍🏼👍🏼

As a realtor representing a buyer on a home purchase in North Tustin (bordering Santa Ana), our home inspection flagged the roof for further evaluation by a qualified roofer. I reached out to Clear View Roofing, and their turnaround was excellent — I called one day, and they were out inspecting the roof the very next day. Henry and Jeremy were friendly, professional, and thorough. They let us know the roof was actually in great shape and didn’t need any repairs or replacement, and took the time to walk me through their findings with a lot of valuable insight. I’ll definitely be using Clear View Roofing for all my future roofing needs and recommending them to my clients.

I was getting my house ready to sell but developed an untimely leak in the roof that left stains on the ceiling. Clear View were the quickest to respond and came out super fast. Samuel G. was the one to come and take a look. I want to say that he was very communicative and thorough. He took his time to explain the issues and showed me where the problems on the roof was. He gave me balanced opinions and options that made me feel like he was there to help. The quote I received was reasonable and fair and even asked few AI's as a point of reference which also said it was a fair value. I would definitely recommend them to others for their professionalism and experience.
