I live in North Hollywood, and my roof needed replacement after strong storms caused a few leaks. I reached out to a local roofing company for help with what to do next. Russell came out to inspect the roof and was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took clear photos of the roof damage, explained the roofing and insurance process in simple terms, and answered all of my questions. Later, Russell met with the insurance adjuster and helped get the roof approved for replacement. The crew completed the roofing work according to the insurance scope, finished on time, and did an excellent job. The new roof looks great, and the whole project was handled with care and attention to detail. They offered strong value, a solid warranty, and were honest and transparent from start to finish, which made me feel confident in my decision. The entire process was smooth and almost stress free because they helped manage the insurance claim and kept me updated along the way. I highly recommend this roofing company and would gladly use them again for any future roofing needs. I have also referred them to friends and neighbors, and they were very happy with the same great roofing service and professionalism.

Working with this roofing team was incredibly easy from start to finish. From the first meeting at our kitchen table, it was clear they really understood roofing, gutters, and the full insurance claim process. Emmanuel stayed on top of every step and kept everything moving smoothly. Our insurance helped cover a new roof, new screens, and gutters, and the crew handled the whole project without any problems. Emmanuel and Joe recommended updating the roof and gutter colors, and I was unsure at first, but I trusted their roofing experience and eye for what looks best on a home in North Hollywood. I am so glad I listened. The new roof and gutter color made a huge difference, and even neighbors stopped by to compliment how much better the house looks. They also helped make sure the exterior details matched the new roofing work, which really pulled everything together. The roofing crew protected the bushes, kept the property clean, and did an excellent cleanup when the job was done. It honestly looked like they had never even been there, except for the beautiful new roof and gutters. Everyone was professional, skilled, and easy to work with. It was a great experience all around, and I would gladly recommend them for any roofing or gutter project.

Manuel was excellent to work with. He helped us choose the right roofing materials, gutter options, and exterior design that fit our budget and looked great on both the house and shed. Prime Plus Roof & Gutter replaced our roof, gutters, siding, and some exterior lighting, and the whole project was handled with real care and professionalism. The crew showed up every day, stayed focused, and worked hard from start to finish. They paid attention to every detail, took pride in the roofing and gutter work, and kept the job site very clean the entire time. Manuel also did the final walkthrough and stayed involved throughout the project, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The whole experience felt smooth, easy, and well organized. The new roofline, gutters, and siding have made the home look refreshed and solid, and everything has held up beautifully through the sun, heat, and changing weather in North Hollywood. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend them.

We had Prime Plus Roof & Gutter replace our roof and gutters in North Hollywood, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The roofing crew worked fast, paid close attention to detail, and kept the job site clean every day. The new roof looks great, and the cleanup after the install was just as impressive. The gutter crew also did excellent work. They were quick, organized, and left no trash behind, which really stood out. During the roof and gutter project, we found a few areas that needed extra repair, and the team gave us a fair price and handled those repairs with the same care and quality workmanship. Russell, the project manager, did an outstanding job keeping us informed about scheduling updates and any concerns along the way. He was always responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had questions. We also had a small follow-up issue later on, and the team responded quickly, identified the cause, and fixed it professionally. I highly recommend them for roofing, gutters, and other residential exterior repairs.

Our realtor connected us with Prime Plus Roof & Gutter when we found out our new home in North Hollywood needed roof repair work. Emmanuel was very helpful and came out the next day to inspect the roof and provide a clear estimate. He gave us two options, one for a full roof replacement and another for the urgent repairs needed right away, which helped us understand the condition of the roofing system and choose what fit our budget best. After we closed on the house, I called to move ahead with the repair work, and the roofing crew was scheduled within 48 hours. The team was very thorough, skilled, honest, and easy to work with. They explained the problem areas, handled the repairs professionally, and made us feel confident about the condition of our roof. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable roof repair and quality roofing service.
