Tim Marchbanks and his son, Hunter, of Total Home Exteriors have been our go-to contractors for almost 8 years. They have seen us through large jobs several times and directed us to other high quality contractors when they could not provide the work we needed. We recently needed his help with a relatively small job, replacing the door between the garage and kitchen. As always, Tim stopped by, checked everything himself, drew up a quote and had the work completed by one of his crew members within a few days. The entire scope of work was completed in one day to keep our inconvenience (no door!) to an absolute minimum. While there, Tim did his own quick inspection of previous work, noting that one ridge cap shingle had come loose. The next day, he sent one of his workers out to not only replace the missing piece, but check EVERY ridge cap to be certain they were all secure. No charge. That is a truly honest man who stands behind his work. Thank you, Tim, Hunter and all of the Total Home Exteriors crew!

Installed roof as per Tim's recommendation. Arrived on time & day promised. Beautiful install & cleanup. I definitely would recommend TSE for exterior work. Used TSE for other work and was extremely satisfied. Unfortunately we have sold that house and have moved to NC. Thank You TSE for all your hard work and treating customers the way you do,fair and good results. James Larkin Westminster SC
