  Don’t go with this company. It’s nothing but a run around. I called almost a month ago and guy came out and looked at my roof took measurements and pictures. After that I never heard from anyone from family roofing again till I called back. Apparently he was fired and they forgot about me. I told them I wanted an itemized quote so I can send to my insurance adjuster because the adjuster under quoted the work. Olympia then said she would have a quote that day then I didn’t hear anything then another guy calls and says he needs my insurance estimate. I told them I don’t want them to go off of that. They wouldn’t do the quote unless I sent it. So I did Friday. Well it didn’t go through but he never messaged back to say the attachment wasn’t there. So today I send it to him. He goes over the quote and starts going over the adjusters quote. I told him I didn’t want him to go by that. The adjuster under quoted it and I want it done right he then cuts me off starts raising his voice and getting smart with me. So I then told him he doesn’t need to be smart and raise his voice. Again if you want someone to give you the run around this is the company for you!

  Warning!!! Warning!!! Warning!!! THIEVES ! THIEVES ! THIEVES ! WHATEVER YOU DO! DO NOT ! I repeat DO NOT get anything from these THIEVES. Our bill has been PAYED FULL with this company. BUT THEY ARE IN DEBT WITH THEIR ALUMINUM PROVIDERS “Standing Metals Inc” Because of this, Standing Metals Inc has put a LEIN on mine and 17 other customers property/houses since Nov 2024. And are claiming that we pay what FAMILY ROOFING OWES! Standing Metals has informed me that Family Roofing’s Contractor has BLOCKED all communications and is no longer responding to anything having to do with Standing Metals Inc.

  We are located in Anderson, South Carolina. I would appreciate if you would remove this. You are putting this on the wrong company's site, we are Family Roofing not Family First Roofing Group. We are not in Florida.

  The roofing guys stole a bunch of metal from my yard and used one of my bathrooms. The water was disconnected because of renovations. When I came to the house it smelled of poo. Then the roof leaked. Had about 20 different people come and fix their mistakes. I wish I was making this up. How they are a business is beyond me.

  We had Family Roofing do a roof replacement for us and I couldn't have been happier with the work that they did!! Very quick and very clean. They did a tremendous job with keeping up with all the nails from getting in the bushes and the grass. Definitely will be the only ones I use from now on!!

  When Hurricane Helene came through, we were lucky to have minimal damage- just some roof trim that blew off. We called Family Roofing and spoke with Mark. He came by our house that same afternoon as he was driving home from work. He let us know that due to the number of trees on houses they were very busy but that they would make the effort to work us in their schedule. That was on September 27. Our house was repaired by Oct 3. Their work was excellent- our trim looks great. Mark was friendly, caring and charged a very reasonable price for the job. We would definitely recommend Mark and Family Roofing of Anderson for all roofing needs. Update: when the time came for a new roof, we called Family Roofing again. This time we worked with Michael. Same great service- live this company. The price was very reasonable and the quality of service provided was exceptional.

  Family Roofing replaced my roof around 10 years ago and I couldn’t be more pleased with the job they did. I’ve recommended them to a couple of coworkers and they were also very pleased with the work they had done.

From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, the entire process was professional, efficient, and well organized. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, and left our property clean when they finished. We would not hesitate to use Family Roofing in the future for another roof replacement.
