  I have asked this business over and over to stop putting illegal business signs up all over my town and in our trees and on our power poles yet every time I clean them up and point out they're in violation of state laws and county ordinances they get put right back up. It's been at least five rounds now and it's beginning to feel like the business owner is doing it out of spite now. I do not appreciate it.

  I have been trying to work with this company for months on an insurance claim. They have not followed through on the appointments to do inspections nor have they contacted me until I have chased them down. I've had more apologies than actions. I'm done.

  Zero stars based on my experiences with CPR. On two separate occasions over the last few months I had Art come to my home to evaluate 2 different roofing issues. Each time he promised he and his crew would take care of the situations pronto. Neither time did he follow through. In fact, as of today I have not heard anything more from Art or his company. Buyer beware!

  I have a leak in my roof and requested a quote to get it fixed through Home Advisor (now Angi). Jeffrey from Certified Professional Roofing LLC reached out and requested that I text him, which I did. This was FRIDAY. I sent him a picture of the leak and explained where it was in the house, the severity of the leak, and how I was curious as to how much it would cost to get fixed. I guess my issue wasn’t big or important enough for Jeffrey or this company because Jeffrey then left me on read on my text messages and didn’t respond to me again after his initial reaching out. And I know he read all of my texts because his read receipts are on. He even started to respond but obviously changed his mind. I get it, I don’t need a new roof, I don’t have a huge major leak that needs to be fixed, and I can even understand when things get busy. But the following MONDAY around 2pm I sent yet another text message to Jeffrey basically saying well I guess obviously you can’t do anything to help me and that I’ll be looking elsewhere. Still didn’t have the courtesy to respond to my text. Not to apologize, not to tell me to kick rocks, nothing. It’s very unprofessional. If you can’t help me, fine, I’ll move on. But at least have the common decency to let me know so I can stop wasting my time and yours. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional.

  The tried to push a color of roof we did not want. We told them black. When we get home that afternoon we have the wrong roof color. This was blamed on the supplier sending the wrong color. We got apologies and a promise of a discount which we never saw. Took them another month form them to reach back out about the painting that was not done at the time of installation.

  CPR was very responsive when we called about our minor roofing need when no one else would bother with a small repair. Art was very responsive and from first call to repair completion was just 2 days! Highly recommend CPR and will be using them for all of our roofing and gutter needs!
