  Came out today to fix a leak in a 4 yr old roof. Charged $200 to replace dried caulking around chimney! Really? You use cheap material then charge customer! I have recommend them dozens of times but never again. Nowhave to hire someone to paint! I can buy caulk at Lowes that lasts 10 years yours lasts 4 years As a follow up from this previous post......ever once this roof was installed there have been leak issues around the chimney enclosure THEY installed it! True, I've never called them back out because charging $200 and spending less than 30 minutes here is ridiculous. Luckily I have a neighbor willing to climb up, do some caulking for me for free whenever a minor leak appears. This past week we had a more significant leak around the chimney ....now I have neighbor who is a roofer and he freely walked they entire roof. The problems he found is that the nails in the shingles around the chimney were not fully hammered down and were coming through the overlapping shingle. Turn key did offer to come out for free "IF" I removed the 1 star rating! Sorry folks.....you stay a 1 because zer6is not allowed!

  I'm sorry you feel this way but your roof was out of warranty. * We only charged $200 (which is 43% off of our minimum charge) for out of warranty repairs * We still have costs for labor and gas and materials - which has gone up drastically *Caulk does not have a 'life time' warranty We really do try to keep customers happy. I hate that you weren't satisfied with the discounted price. Sincerely, Leah

  I called Turn Key Roofing to get a quote on repairing my roof after a tree fell onto my roof during the storm. I left a message on their answering machine for someone to call me and no one returned my call. I waited about two weeks and I called back and was told that someone would come by and give me a quote. They did come out and told me that they would call me back and give me a quote when they got back to the office. That was a month ago and I haven’t heard anything back from them and by the way it made no sense that I couldn’t get a quote from them while they were here. But anyway I would like to thank Turn Key Roofing for nothing and I find that the way they conducted business was so very unprofessional. I will never call them out again for nothing and I will not recommend them to anyone that asks about roof repair because I don’t want them to go through what I went through for nothing and again I want to say thanks for nothing Turn Key!!!🤨🤨🤨

  After a very bad storm my roof started to leak where it never did but they stood by their work and word. It was a little after the 1 year warranty on workmanship but Leah there took care of it all. I didn't know I only had a 1 year warranty on it until I had this trouble. She did more and beyond to help me. I am disabled and on a fixed income and she sent out a crew to tarp the area to protect it till my insurance company could come out because more rain was coming. My insurance could not find out where it was leaking and since it was a brand new roof my insurance would not help me but they came out found it and took the time and fixed the problem. She is a blessing and took care of everything. You can count on her. UPDATE... This was a 5 star review but now after 10 years and all the leaks I have gone through and the lies. I would not recommend them. I have a contract for lifetime shingles but they will not honor it. I NEVER expected them with the tree that hit my house for them to fix it for free but the other bad spots I did. Now they are trying to change the written and verbal agreement. See Leah I did give you a 5 Stars rating but not now. They even blocked me on Facebook because I told the truth. Such childishness all I did was laugh. My response To their comment. I have a contract that says LIFETIME. Not limited. No limit was I told nor on my contact says because it's a mobile home. Now you all are trying to tell me differently by saying this or that.. Sorry it's not on the written contact. When the tree fell on part of my home I was not expecting you to replace that part for free. When you sent someone out they only checked where the tree fell not the other spot. He was given a tip to clean some of the leaves where the tree limb fell. He took the $10 so quickly and put it in his pocket and off he went. I sent you a video of a completely different side of my house where it was soft. No trees around completely clean. It did not leak in my house just under the

As your roof was installed over ten years ago, our workmanship warranty was only applicable for the first year, especially given that your home is a mobile home. We understand that debris accumulation can lead to leaks, and while we did offer to perform a repair, this service was necessary due to the condition of your roof rather than any workmanship errors.   Worst experience and we were just looking for an estimate. Guy was very rude. Did not actually examine home. Just threw a number out there and offered no written estimate or assessment of all damage. He didn’t even look at my roof!! Response: when I called the main number I stated I already made an insurance claim and needed an estimate and fully assessment of damage to our roof. The office said they would have someone call and they would conduct a complete estimate and would get on my roof. He called me and did not schedule a time to come. He said he was in my area and told him I was working. His reply was it would take 15 min. I said that I needed to see if my wife would be able to be there while he did the estimate. He tried to rush over before I could even make sure my wife could be there. My wife called me right after he left and said she watched him pull up and she met him outside. Without ever doing anything except walking up our driveway he was said within 30 seconds a price. I called him immediately afterwards and he stated he had being doing it for years and had a complete assessment of our roof and didn’t need to actually check. He even preceded to lie and said he went around my entire property and tell me only damage was on one side. We know that to be untrue because we have images showing damage to both sides. He then preceded to tell me that it was my fault and that I “didnt even take the time to be there”. He also knew we already made an insurance claim! This is unprofessional and unacceptable

  I apologize if you thought he was rude. He told me he was trying to give you a verbal estimate and tell you to call insurance because he was on his way to tarp a house that just a had tree removed and he was trying to make it before dark. I told him next time don't rush anything and schedule it for another day. I'm so sorry you feel this way and hopefully, this prevents it from happening again. The guys have been working 12 hour days since Hurricane Helen and are trying to get to as many emergency jobs as possible before it rains but since he was close he wanted to stop by to make sure it wasn’t an emergency. I have talked to him about this and I do sincerely apologize for the bad experience.

  a man was supposed to come out a month ago and put in new gutters but never called and when i try calling them it goes to vm and when i am leaving a vm the phone disconnects

  We had used them two years before and were impressed with their company so we called to have them come back to clean our gutters. After the first rain debris was coming out of the gutters.....not the down spouts. We had been sick and forgot to call but it was about two weeks later and we had them come back out to check the gutters. What they considered acceptable for $350 we sure didn’t. It was more like a $50 cleaning job, in our opinion. They made reference to “they couldn’t come and clean after every storm”. It had only rained once and was not a storm. The manager refused to come back to make things right. He just lost a good,loyal customer but didn’t seem to care one bit. We would NOT recommend them or use them for anything due to the attitude of the manager. I would have thought he would have wanted a pleased customer. Obviously he doesn’t care about what the customer thinks. IMO

  I really hate you feel this way. I talked to the guys and they said they explained what we were going to do and you agreed on the price. I understand that you may not feel that a gutter cleaning is worth $350 but we had three trips and we did come back out and check your gutters after your call. We took pictures and showed you there was no debris in your gutters. It must have been something that blew on the gutter after the cleaning but we did clean them out. The first trip was to give you an estimate, the second was two guys cleaning out the gutters and the third was when you called and told us they were still dirty. Between the time, labor, gas and all of the expenses that go into running a roofing business such as workers comp insurance which for roofers is 49% of every dollar we barely made a profit. We hate you have been sick and we are still willing to come help you anytime. Please call us if you ever have a roofing issue. We do care about our customers and want them to be happy.   After months of interviewing, researching and gathering quotes for a full roof replacement on our residential roof, we selected Turn Key. 3 days after entering into a signed contract, we were emailed by the sales rep and told to take someone else's quote out of the blue just as we were finalizing the dates and the down payments because they can no longer honor their pricing. I called the sales rep only to get sent to voice mail and a text saying he was deer hunting "what's up?"... POOR business etiquette and poor customer relations. Family Roofing has proved to be a much better option. They were actually more professional, less costly and started within one week of signing contracts (which they honored). I'll include the email so future buyers can judge for themselves.

  Jess, We are sorry you feel this way but glad you found a company that meets your needs. We quoted the job several months ago and were honoring the price even though our cost had gone up. We were also going above and beyond by agreeing to some of your other request that aren't in our contract. On our contract it states that a 50% deposit is required and you called in to pay 10%. That wouldn't come close to covering the cost in the material that were going to be onsite. At that time we just had a gut feeling to walk away from the job.   I live half mile from there office twice they were suppose to come give an estimate and neither time showed up. Up side I'll save the money and do it myself but the downside is I'm one person so cant safely install metal but I'll just shingle. Makes you wonder how they are in business when they won't even give quotes

  Davis B. and the team at Turn Key responded quickly to my request for an inspection. Roof inspection was thorough. The repairs made for my home were reasonably priced and completed quickly with good workmanship. Highly recommend!
