  Disrespectful. Ignores no soliciting signs.

  Despite my LARGE highly visible No Solicitation sign, one of your salespeople came to my door this afternoon. I work from home, and was on a call with a client, but my dogs were barking so loudly, I had to end the call - for which I am still angry. Additionally, my front door was currently blocked, so I had to go around the house to address the person still lurking outside. I allow he didn't know I was working, couldn't know that I have a couple of highly reactive foster dogs - but that is the reason for the sign! When I pointed to the sign, the young man smirked and shrugged. Not even an apology for making a bad choice. Rest assured,Toro is one company I will never use, as they cannot manage the most basic courtesy. **An apology is an acknowledgment of wrongdoing. Period. To spin this as though ringing my doorbell - despite my unmissable waist-high sign 20ft from my front door - as some kind of courtesy, is a farce. Also, at NO POINT did your "project manager" attempt to apologize. He talked enough that I knew where he was from, and heard his spiel about "being in the area". This company is inconsiderate AND insincere.

  Due to bad installation previously, we were left with having to get a new roof and FAST. Jordan was friendly and quick to communicate. The roof actually ended up costing more than the quote, but rather than raising the price, they honored it and ate the extra expenses, which has been pretty unheard of in our past 6 months of dealing with other professionals. Its beautiful, and they coated the ventilation pipes in an attractive black so it looks seamless. The team showed up early, worked hard the whole time, were kind to my kiddos who got in their way a few times before I could grab them, and cleaned up WELL. They had nets that all the old roofing material and nails fell onto, and it was picked up without leaving dangerous nails all over the place. I am still picking up similar nails, roofing materials, cigarette butts, drinks, and takeout boxes from the past job that was done by another company. Toro guys had Gatorades, no smoking, and every single bit of their trash was picked up. Such an encouraging experience. Thank you so much guys. Whoever is in charge of hiring, yall need a raise. Good work.

  I had hail damage, and got help with all this rain by them caulking the holes. I was concerned, because it had rained in ,but they did the first "no rain" day to replace my roof. Job was done great and all in one day. They picked the perfect color for the house and when I saw it I had to agree. I would always take this company for any job; honest, responsible, and dependable.

  We had wind damage and several shingles blown off roof. Toro was prompt in responding to our call, Jordan was on roof assessing damage quickly and in two days roof was repaired as promised.

  Danny was great! He knocked on my door as he drove by and noticed there was some minor damage to my roof. The roofers came back the next day to do a free inspection for my home and gave us a great report.
