  Poor communication throughout project. Allowing days to pass between knowing there was an issue with POA and getting a permit. Showing up late or not at all on days I was expecting them. They also left hole in under side where gutter was mounted. It was found by painters. When I reached out, I was simply told that wouldn’t have cause them an issue with install. Instead of letting me know when they were doing the work and allowing me to fix the issue properly. Would not use them again.

  Thank you for taking time to give feedback—we’re glad to hear there were no concerns regarding the quality of the work itself. There were a few factors impacting the timeline, including extended coordination with insurance and city permitting requirements, which took longer than normal. We provided updates upon having confirmed information, though understandably delays are frustrating. Scheduling was also affected by weather and material availability for the carport. Regarding the soffit area, we’re only able to complete work that has been specifically approved by the homeowner, which is why that portion was not addressed.

  Ignored my large no soliciting sign because “I had a welcome mat” (his words) Jeremiah has no common sense. Disgusted with this company.

  Called 4 times to have someone come back out to my house after completely missing a roof leak. Never once got a call back rescheduling a time to meet like I was told would happen. I had to pay a heating and air guy to come and actually find the leak and it was from the roof. Worthless

  Ozark Mountain Roofing feels like that woman at the bar that you thought you had a connection with and had a couple of promising text exchanges with over the next few days and you had high hopes of it leading to something more serious but then you get completely ghosted. Anyhow, that's what happened to me but in this case it was a gentlemen from Ozark that came out to our house to check out our roof and promised he would have a quote for us in a couple of days. Couple days went by and I called the office and they assured me they would get me a quote. Finally got that quote and it wasn't what we had discussed. I was told they would update the quote and get me on the schedule ASAP. That was three weeks ago and I haven't heard from them which is weird because I was told they had a lot of availability. I guess I would have a lot of availability too if I wasn't taking jobs.

  Ozark Mountain and their Representative on our project (Garrett) did a fantastic job on our roof and gutter replacement. Communication was fast and on point, crews began work quickly, materials and installation were of very high quality, and the included Warranty was excellent.

  I have nothing but great things to say about Ozark Mountain Roofing. Not only were they much quicker to respond than any other company I contacted after the 2024 tornado, but they continuously helped me fight with my insurance company for needed and valid repairs. While not successful, they fought longer and better than I ever could have. My roof is beautiful and all debris was cleaned up immediately after installation. I recently had need for additional information for my AR income tax and the office team provided everything in a short time frame. Please choose Ozark Mountain Roofing - you won't be disappointed!

  Jeremiah came out for a free inspection. We scheduled for a Thursday but he was able to fit me in almost a week early before the storms came in! 10/10 recommend!
