  Norton’s put in our roof and gutters last summer, and they installed a faulty downspout on our gutter that had a 3/4” gap in the back. When we received heavy rains, water gushed through this gap towards our house. Water got into our interior wall and under the wood floors, causing thousands of dollars of damage. I had them come take a look at the gutter, and they agreed that it was poorly installed and damaged. Bryan from Norton’s told me numerous times that he would get our floor fixed. Well, he was lying to my face and did not try to help us out. Norton’s spent the next month avoiding my questions about fixing my floor, and finally Beau Norton called me and told me they would not pay for damages and that there was never a problem with my gutter (which he never looked at). He interrupted every sentence I tried to say and was unbelievably rude. I only gave them 1 star because I could not give 0 stars. Norton’s did poor work and then made it worse by being jerks. Find someone else to do your roof.

  I live in a neighborhood thats a no soliciting . Yesterday we got a knock on the door , went to answer with a worker for nortons roofing . They was saying we doing roofs in the area and noticed that ur roof is rough and bad from the storm . so we proceeded to let them know we have a no soliciting sign right at the door and that our roof is brand new and was replace shortly after the storm and was even checked off . Im so happy i didnt decide to go with them when they was on my list when i needed a roof replacement . Very dishonest , and not a way to do business . Its up setting that they come recommended but the disrespect to ignore our sign and lie to our face just to get business .

  Despite a complicated start, Matt became highly available and responded quickly to all of my calls and text messages. The job itself was complex, but the team completed it in a timely manner with high-quality craftsmanship. Because of the initial delay, I am giving Norton’s Roofing a 4-star rating, though their excellent customer service and final results truly deserve a 4.5.

  If you need a roof, contact Nortons. They were fast, friendly, reliable and knowledgeable in all aspects. Mason was our rep and kept the job running smoothly. Maranda was so helpful. She answered all our questions and kept us updated on everything we needed to know as the job progressed. We were very pleased with our new roof and gutter. Great group of folks there. We highly recommend!

  The wind blew my massive tree over on my house on Valentine's Day. Nortons had someone out within an hour, reassuring me, and walking me through the high level process. They had crews out bright and early this morning removing the tree and tarping the roof.

  Had a great experience with Norton’s Roofing for my roof replacement. The crew was professional, the job was finished on time, and the roof looks solid. A big shout out to Tristan for walking me through the process and making sure everything went smoothly. It’s hard to find reliable contractors, but these guys delivered. Highly recommend them if you're looking for quality work.

  Norton Roofing came out on a very cold day and walked every inch of our roof. Roof was in great shape, I appreciate the honesty not trying to upsell us a new roof. They even found a section of flashing on our siding that had come loose and reinstalled it while they were up there. Get group of people. I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs you may have.
