  Ericka was extremely quick to get the payment, and super slow to finish the job. What should have taken one day took months. Ericka had one excuse after another.

  Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Erica Bray and Jesse Agresto are con artists. I would be very careful before hiring them to do any work for you.

  We have never done business for the individual posting this review. This is obviously a scam review, trying to hurt Quality Assurance Roofing, which has hundreds of 5star reviews. I expect that google will remove this fraudulent review ASAP.

  The only assurance I got was 13 weeks wait, no return calls from nathan ,no show from Anthony and a high price, finally cancelled and got somebody $1300 less and did in one week....should change name to NOAssutance only of ineptness and lack of perfoance .

  Anthony came out to the house took a look at the damage to our roof. He said they could take care of it. He was suppose to get a back with a quote but a week into it he never responded. I reached out to him again inquiring about the quote and he said he hadn’t received the material sheet yet, but as soon as he did he would let us know in a couple days. He never contacted us back like he said he would. The following week I called him and he said he would get a quote to me in two days but never responded back in the two days like he said. Every time I contacted him there was always an excuse. Poor communication and lack of customer service.

  I’m sorry about your experience with our company. After the big storm things were very busy here. The more severely damaged roofs were our top priority at the time, since these customers had missing sections of roof, with their interior of home exposed.   Thy did our roof one year ago, and we've had nothing but problems since. The company kept saying that something else must be the problem...and when I called the last time, the manager said he'd call me back and never has. Do NOT hire this company!

  I contacted them more than a dozen times, they never followed through. They always sounded so sincere. So disappointed.

  I’m sorry for your disappointment. Our salesmen and roofer, each went to your your property, however neither one of them would attempt to climb your roof. Anthony did call you to tell you we could not access your roof without a man lift. You have a very steep metal roof, on a cliff side, and neither of my workers felt safe to climb your roof. The safety of our workers is very important to us. It was not in our best interest to attempt to complete the small repair you needed on your roof, due to safety concerns. Erica Bray

  I have not one but TWO signs on my door stating NO SOLICITATION. One in English and one in Spanish yet you leave your trash (flyer) regardless. That gives me not one but two reasons to recommend avoiding hiring you. You either have no respect or you have no attention to detail or both.

  Quality company that executes their job quickly and professionally. Used them for a roof replacement last year after we sustained hail damage. Evan walked me through the process, was easy to work with and extremely professional. Would certainly recommend this company.

  I sincerely cannot say enough good things about our experience. Everyone in the company from the sales rep to the technicians were professional and customer care focused. Our roof looks better than it did the day we built our home. Great eye for details on finished product. Cleaning up as they went and left our place spotless. Kind, curious and better than any roofing company I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend!

  Fast estimate. Explained products well. Excellent communication and kept us informed of schedule, delivery, start of job, and duration of installation. Crew was excellent, was working on cold days, but made schedule. Courteous, and cleanup was very good. Very professional. Would not hesitate to use them again.
