  Hired Joe from Tops Roofing and Siding to do the siding, fascia, soffit and some roofing on my garage. Take a look at the pictures. They speak for themselves. Joe was fired bc it was so bad. Joe then had a temper tantrum and ripped siding off my garage. It came off easy as there were only 2 capping screws holding it in over the entire length. (Incorrect installation) Lucy (manager who defends everything Joe does) offered to send Joe back to fix a few things done incorrectly but what's the point? Got someone else to come out and they pointed out another 20 things wrong. I found Joe to be sloppy, rude, messy and confrontational. Installation is not done as per the installation manual and as you can see in several pics after only 6 months the siding has pulled away exposing the wood behind. Not to mention, their business address is listed as Scotiabank on Upper James...??

  Hired them to change our siding. Didn't do a good job, lied about problems we didn't have trying to rip us off for more money.

  Terrible customer service and shady practices! The technician that did my consultation used MY ladder (which is a liability and a potential health and safety risk) because he didn't want to get his off of his truck. I witnessed him pull the flashing so hard it separated from my roof. This now requires me to pay someone to repair the areas he damaged. (This post will be updated with the pictures shortly). Was very angry and standoffish. His analysis of the issue didn't make sense to me. He said that the leak in my garage ceiling was due to pooling water...however I have an angled roof...there's no opportunity for pooling. When I questioned him about this, he got very angry and stood very close to me and aggressively said "Why did you even call me?". As a female alone at the time, I was anxious and asked him to leave because he was making me uncomfortable. He spoke words angrily and went to his truck. I asked him to put my ladder back (it was extended approximately 12 feet up against my roof), he said "get it yourself. Why should I help you?" and drove off. I called and spoke to "Lucy" who I relayed the story to and she responded with "Well there's two sides to every story" and refused to offer any type of "Thank you for your feedback" or "We'll look to resolve our customer service skills" etc. And then just hung up. This experience was disappointing and potentially dangerous. I do not recommend this business. Customer service is a representation of the quality of work a company does and the pride the show in themselves. Clearly this business doesn't care about either of those things.

  Company would not honour warranty. When called about leaking roof, they were interested in providing quote until they realized that I was making a warranty claim. Following this, they went AWOL and stopped answering calls or emails.

  They did the roof, eaves and fascia on a house in which I purchased. When I called them that the roof was leaking they never returned my calls, finally when I got someone they said they would be out to look at it and they never showed up …

  Joe and the team did a great job reshingling our roof. They were professional, did a really nice job, and made sure there was no mess left behind when they were finished. The roof looks great and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. Would definitely recommend them!

  I needed a vent installed on a Gable end and called Joe. He came out the same day, saw what was required, purchased the proper vent and arrived the next morning and installed it. He had all the right equipment for the job and I was impressed with the time he took too ensure that everything was safe and secure before doing the install. See pictures. Highly recommended.

  I was in touch as my eaves were not hanging right causing the water to flow over the edge. They came to take a look right away, explained what the issue was, and was able to come back within a few hours to have it repaired and added a downspout to the front. The service was prompt, informative, and professional.
