Had D’Angelo & Sons come out to look at my small bungalow roof (around 900 sq ft). The experience honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. I was told my roof was in terrible condition, that water was supposedly getting everywhere, and it felt like they were trying to scare me into thinking my family was at serious risk if I didn’t replace it immediately. Then came the quote: almost $28000 not 2800 but yes 28,000 thousand with financing for a very small bungalow roof. I was shocked. Fast forward two years later — the roof has been completely fine. No leaks, no issues, no emergency. Turns out all I actually needed was a very minor masonry repair that cost me around $100. I understand roofing companies need business, but using fear tactics and massively inflated pricing on homeowners is not okay. Always get multiple quotes before signing anything. Stay away from these people.

Did not even show up for the appointment. Called their dispatch after waiting for two hours and was told they would follow up. That has been months now. Also they had the audacity to send me a follow up email about a promotional offer. Hopefully nobody waste their time with this substandard company

It was a headache dealing with these guys. Had them replace our gutters and repair some soffit. 1st day they showed at 2pm instead of 9am like I was told, obviously didn't finish the job in time and had to come back another day. 2nd day the gutters were finished but they didn't fix the soffits. 3rd day they came back out to replace the soffits and when I came back home I found they did a trash job and lazily slapped some cut pieces to fill the gaps in the existing soffit. They had to come back a 4th day to replace them correctly. It then took a month of back and forth to try and schedule a final walkthrough. After they cancelled our appointment several times they gave up and sent me an email to sign instead. Gutters look nice in the end I guess but it was a hassle

Way over priced. They gave me an over the phone quote of $800 to come repair my downspouts. End up finding a honest person with family owned business to fix it for a 1/4 of the price.

Buckle up for a tale of a terrible experience. The sales person visited and happily took a deposit on a siding job. The work we were sold took nearly 8 months to commence. We called at least 10 times and were told that our contact was passing hands of project managers, ended up having three project managers before anyone showed up to work. When they finally arrived to do the work, they didn't even reference the work order. They decided to cut corners by not removing our awnings, not removing and disposing the old siding, not attaching the drain spout. These were all in the project scope promised by the sales department. They attempted to backpedal saying there may be esbestos in the walls, a crummy and potentially dangerous job, for sure - but one we were promised and paid a deposit on. We pointed this out to our 4th project manager and the response was a shrug. At this point the work was half finished and we felt like we were taken a bit hostage as the snow began to fall. We eventually caved. We ended up paying more than we originally agreed to for a fraction of the project. Not to mention the workers themselves were challenging, leaving an empty trailer in our driveway for weeks. There was absolutely no communication between departments and we ended up paying for it.

Apparently the worker only did repairs on half my roof. Missed replacing shingles on the other half. Not impressed.

This is the second time I've worked with David V. A year ago, David V. came by to look at a section of eavestrough as I didn't believe the water was exiting correctly. While here, David explored around and measured the angle, and reported …

Johnathan as Project Manager was amazing to work with throughout the whole project. He completely understood the sensitivity of the project as their were differing opinions between the 2 owners of the home. My husband was not supporting the work as a "need to do" but we had Bats, old home, etc etc. And then their was Braydon, the crew lead. He totally saved the day. My husband, who is a macgiver and meticulous home finisher, was so completely enamored by the finesse, care, and dedication Braydon showed to our home. Braydon treated our home project as if it were his own. My husband is not easily impressed, but was so happy and thrilled about the quality and workmanship, that he now brags to everyone he talks to about The workmanship that was done. Like you'd think it was he who hired them 😂

We just completed our second job with D'Angelo, the eaves on our house and detached garage. Jamie Petrie gave an honest and fair quote and his team does impeccable work! Our yard was left clean and tidy and we can't even tell if it's raining anymore. No more waterfall at our back door! Highly recommend! 😁 …

We were looking for a company to install new shingles on our home. Contacted D'Angelo and Sons. They were quick to respond and set up a free inspection and estimate. Jeremie was very professional and answered all the questions we had. He informed us what the issues with our current roof were and explained the process they had to repair these defects. I have been extremely impressed with the knowledge and professionalism that I have experienced while dealing with D'Angelo and Sons. I would recommend them to anyone

Tom was great, not only did he diagnose and fix the issue with are roof/siding where other’s company had failed he then went out of his way to find some downspout which I was unable to find anywhere. 10/10 for customer service, thanks so much, he then came back and actually fitted it for us which was excellent service

We recently chose to replace the 2 windows at the front of our home and the 2 entrance doors, the other windows in our home are still ok however we wanted to cut down on the traffic noise and improve the thermal performance of these 2 windows and our doors. We had previously had a positive experience with D’Angelo and Sons so I gave them a call. Jeremie D came a couple of days later and explained all of the different options available to us, we were impressed with the high quality window and door products available. After we signed the paper work Steve F. Was assigned as our dedicated project manager and our single point of contact, Steve is a very attentive project manager who meticulously measured our windows and doors and kept us informed through every stage of the project. When it came to the installation Devin and Dana were assigned and installed our windows in one day and the doors on the 2nd day, these guys did such a nice clean installation, were courteous and respectful in our home. We are so happy with our new windows and doors and thankful to D’Angelo and Sons team for such superior products and a great installation experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend D’Angelo and Sons for any roofing, windows and doors or exterior remodelling work.
