  I used this company cause of the reviews and to say It was bad would be the biggest understatement of 2020 Lacked professionalism, extremely rude, took forever to finish the job. End of the day it’s shingles but will not be recommending these guys to my worst enemies

  Very happy with The Roofing Master. Replaced our shingles and topped up our insulation all in one day. Cleaned up after the work was completed.

  Roofing Master replaced our roof few weeks ago with Aaron's crew. Great job done, Aaron and his guys worked like well trained professional team, excellent communication with Myles, as well with Mike coming later to inspect the roof making sure nothing was overlooked.   Mike from Roofing Master was great to work with. He was quick to respond, arrived when he said he would, and completed our roof repair efficiently. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything before getting started. It's hard to find contractors this reliable these days.   The Roofing Masters just completed a roof install on my 40 yr old home. Dealing with Chris, Miles, John, Mike and the crew was a pleasure from beginning to end. The company’s approach was professional from the quote to the final inspection. Their installation crew was meticulous throughout all phases of the job…preparation, installation and clean-up. I got five different companies to quote my job and The Roofing Masters were middle of the pack… their pricing is competitive and fair. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

  I waited to see if they were good with warranty service. The Roofing Master quoted my new house in Nov 2023, did the work in the spring of 2024 and followed up with some unscheduled warranty work now in spring 2026. The initial job was on time, neatly and they even helped deal with a Karen neighbor. I emailed them yesterday for some warranty work that was needed and they showed up in the afternoon, did some of the work and will return later to do the rest, no charge. The only thing I would grumble about is: I accepted they're full estimate of exactly what work was needed. They later discovered a very small piece of work they had not counted on or noted in their estimate of effort but decided I would have to pay $100 for a single sheet of plywood because it was "Unplanned material costs". The workers found a way around it but the event left an impression. Other than that they have been exemplary.

  I needed to replace my roof this year. I did my due diligence by obtaining 5 quotes. Chris came out & broke down the scope of their work and explained the process and guarantees to using them & their products. The price was middle of the road but the workmanship and professionalism of the team was absolutely was next level tier. I received many comments from neighbours about the great job The Roofing Master did and how clean the crew was while working. I am greatful that I chose this company to replace my roof.
