Purchased our brand new Weaver Homes condo. Topper Construction did the roof. Our Home Inspection report stated “Improve/repair/correct; numerous conditions and/or deficiencies were noted. In general the workmanship was noted to be of substandard quality”

Brand new roof with complete sections blowing off within 2 years. Look elsewhere, they cut corners, use low quality products and hire low quality help.

If their driving/drivers are any indication of their service, look elsewhere. Driver pulled out right in front of me on a main road, flipped me off, then proceeded to laugh about it. Would highly recommend going elsewhere for service if that is the quality of their employees.

I had Topper replace a piece of HardiPlank siding and they did it perfectly, painted over the nails/screw holes and match the paint perfectly!! Great work!!

Namir Estes and his crew were wonderful. They got started early, finished ahead of schedule, and kept things tidy. They even helped with a shutter issue that was not part of the original job. They really went above and beyond.

Topper Roofing & Siding did an outstanding job on our home. They installed brand‑new siding and repaired several areas of damaged wood, and the quality of their workmanship truly shows. What impressed us most was that their price came in $8,000 lower than other contractors we spoke with—and they used noticeably better materials than the higher‑priced companies. A special shout‑out to Namir Estes, our project coordinator. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. Any question we had, he answered quickly and clearly, and he made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. Highly recommend Topper Roofing & Siding for anyone looking for great work, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service.

I had my roof replaced through Lowe’s in conjunction with Toppers Roofing Their salesman Dylan Stewart took his time explaining the process and I did not feel rushed asking questions or getting detailed explanations of what I would be charged or what the process would involve. Namir Estes, the project coordinator and his crew did an excellent job. They worked quickly and efficiently and I could not had had a better experience. Top notch company with no regrets on my part!

Materials were dropped off the day before. Early start as promised. Day was cold to begin with, but crew was motivated. Siding went up on the garage. Challenges were addressed and overcome. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to working with them again on other home projects.

These guys did an excellent job repairing my roof today: quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Gutter replacement went great too. Thanks Troy & team for coordinating everything so well.
