  Let me first say that the one star is for the quality of the work that was completed. Good craftsmanship. The next four empty stars represent my dealings with Stephanie and Jason. First, I'll never understand why a contractor needs to see what a claims adjuster estimated for damage regarding material and labor costs. Roofing contractors estimate jobs all the time without the help of claims adjusters. At least the adjuster went on the roof and assessed the damage. Jason never left the front yard. I wish I could just leave my email on here and warn any of you looking for estimates from this company so I could share my experience. My guess though is that they would threaten to sue me for defamation or slander like they threatened me with a mechanics lien on my house 2 days after I received the invoice. Let's just say I was quoted $4800 and the final bill was over $8000 and I was not notified about this extra work until it was completed. Insurance should have covered the entire thing but the claim came up considerably short after all the "necessary" additional work was completed. Horrible. Call someone else Edit…here’s MY supplement. No matter what this company says, I stand by my review and notified the community about repair work on your home. Proceed with caution, make sure you ask questions about the authorization form, and demand you are made aware of any changes to the scope of work BEFORE they do it or you’ll be the last to know.

  This company is working on our next door neighbors house and are completely unprofessional. They did not put down any tarps or anything to collect debris or nails. Peices of wood that they are throwing off the roof have hit a few of my flower pots and have destroyed the flowers. They are blocking my sidewalk with equipment and just having no regard for anything. I can't even take my dogs out because there are nails and shingles everywhere for them to step on. They also just decided to put a ladder on my porch to get to the neighbors roof without even asking if it was alright first.I work construction myself and have been a general contractor in the past and I would never act like this. Very unprofessional and will not be hiring when I get my roof done later this year.

  Eddie, we thank you for the review! There are a couple things I did want to clarify. There was never a question of whether we were going to make it right or not. The gutter was cut short by our seamless gutter guy, it had nothing to do with anything we did. In terms of the high price comment we are a roofing company that carries the appropriate amount of insurance mandated and regulated by the state of PA. We understand your concern but it only takes one accident off a ladder for your life as a homeowner to change for the worse if the contractor or individual is underinsured. We have a minimum price of $1,400.00 for those types of project and made an exception for your job. I would have thought even after a company makes it right for a customer the review be more reflective in light that we made it right for you guys! Again, we appreciate your business and thank you for the review!

  I had an awesome experience with dynamic roofing. Jason’s team is one of the most hard working group of guys I’ve seen in years. They worked from 7 am to around 9 pm to insure my roof wouldn’t see rain. The whole team ( office and roofers were great) I’d highly recommend! Here’s a story about my experience. During the heavy wind storms this early spring. A part of my roof came off on a Friday night! I called Jason from dynamic roofing. We discussed that my roof was at the end of its life (27 years old shingles on a 100 year old house and quite crappy install from the last guy.) He send his team on a SUNDAY morning to tarp the roof, and make sure my house wouldn’t get any rain damage. We made a plan to install proper venting, and remove the unused chimney. I opted to change out everything! New decking, new shingles, gutters, and downspouts. I hate heights😬. They fit my job in, amongst the rain storms here in Pittsburgh. It looks fabulous. My attic is properly vented. And inside my house never saw a drop of rain. Super hard working guys. Cleaned up almost like they didn’t take the entire top of my house off! Call these guys first and don’t call anyone else

  We recently had a new roof and gutters installed by Dynamic Roofing. The entire crew worked tirelessly to complete the job quickly and the quality of work was excellent. The crew were professional and responsive. Clean up on completion of the job was good too. Jason the sales rep was involved during the entire job and provided great communication and transparency.
