  We couldn’t be happier by the siding work completed by the New Look team. From start to finish they worked hard, were courteous and incredibly attentive to detail. They arrived when they said they would and kept us informed throughout the project. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right when they found the extra fixes that needed to be made for a great end result. They were respectful of our home, cleaned up when the job was finished and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The project manager, Josh, was easy to deal with and worked with us to make the project flow. The team on site was lead by Brian. We would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for skilled, dependable professionals. We would absolutely use them again for future home improvement projects.

  New Look Exteriors recently completed a second story siding project on our home and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. This was a particularly challenging project because our home had cement asbestos shingles that first had to be removed by an abatement company. The coordination between the two companies had to be seamless to ensure our home wasn’t exposed to the weather. New Look Exteriors handled every detail with remarkable precision following closely behind the abatement company and completed the project flawlessly. From start to finish, the entire New Look Exteriors team was exceptional. Andy was an outstanding salesman who guided us through every step of the process. Alyssa, appointment coordinator, made sure every phone call reached the right person promptly. Celeste, the office manager, was always available to answer questions, even after hours and weekends. Josh, our project manager, is truly one of a kind. He was on site everyday, overseeing every detail and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Even Jake, the owner, personally came out to replace damaged roof shingles. Brayan and the installation crew are exceptionally talented. They did an outstanding job and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. What could have been a very stressful project was completed in just 3 days with exceptional quality. It was a major undertaking and the professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail were truly impressive. Choosing New Look Exteriors was one of the best decisions we made for our home. Their honesty, integrity, outstanding work ethic, and commitment to excellence are second to none. New Look Exteriors is a rare find.   Everyone was fantastic! They replaced siding on one side of my house after it got damaged. They did excellent work! I also had them replace the gutters and they look great too! Highly recommend!

  I love it when people say they are a home owner. On the contrary. The home owns you. Especially when it requires the TLC to keep the home safe, secure and value added. Time has finaly caught up to the homes in our development where some weeks our neighborhood looks like a version of the Oprah Winfrey Show. "You get a roof and you get a roof and you get a roof". You will see a variety of vendors on the street. Some well advertised and some "no names". Talking with folks it seems like price is at the top of their list when making a decision. Times are tough and prices are not coming down and now you have to balance what you can afford with quality. This past spring I had a number of shingles blown off our roof. Initial inspection shows they are paper thin and are "end of life". A local guy made repairs but I knew it was time to replace the roof. Lucky for me a neighbor on our street whose profesional career was as a structionl engineer had done a considerable amount of vetting and selected New Look Exteriors to replace his roof. The individuals I worked with at New Look Exteriors are excellent. Devon provided me with a honest and thorough inspection of the attic. With the current physical plant - ridge vents and sofitt venting - of the attic Devon tells me I can do without the attic fan. This is great news because attic fans have a short life and can become a fire hazard. Devon also provided me with two different financial opitions. One basic and a basic +. Upon signing my agreement - I selected the basic + - I spoke with Josh the site planner and Project Manager to schedule the roof replacement, arrival of the dumpster, material and crew. Josh also confirmed the removal of the attic fan. We discussed preparing the home and grounds - flowers, shubbery and mailbox - from any damage as well as clean up. Scheduling was also confirmed by Celeste in the business office. The staff is very accessable and communicates very quickly. The day of the roof replacement went as plan

  My good friend highly recommended New Look so I decided to go with them. Staff were great and easy to work with including Josh, their project manager who has great communication skills and the office administrative assistant Celeste was great as well.. The job took four hours and their cleanup concluded the next day. The roofers teamwork resulted in their efficiency and it was their second completed roof the same day. A very impressive company.

  New Look Exteriors came out to look at a leak situation I had following the heavy snow in January. They braved the crazy snow still on my street to take a look and provide a solution. The quote was really reasonable, covering my flat roof, gutters, and downspout. I had a few conflicts with initial installation dates, but they worked with me to get out as soon as possible. Everyone was very kind and professional. The team did a great job cleaning up/leaving no evidence they were there. I received updates from Josh throughout. After everything was done, I was asked several times if I was completely satisfied with the work, which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend them!
