  Great job, quick, professional, and clean! Update: they do not fix problems initially called out to repair but instead talk you into a new roof that will not resolve the issue.They do not stand by their work.

  Received estimate for roof repairs and/or new roof. I did not have enough money for a new roof. When I contacted them back, changed their tune, wouldn't do repairs, even after giving me an estimate and I could pay

During our first visit, we noted that the age and overall condition of your roof would make a simple repair impossible The estimates we emailed to you reflect this recommendation and are for a full replacement only, we are confident that a replacement is the best course of action for your home.

  I originally gave Liberty Roofing a 5 star rating but now I want to change my rating and to inform people on how they avoid you after they get your money. Back in April of 2021 I had them repair my roof as of today which they were to call me yesterday and be here today this is the 3rd time they were to be here my roof all the nails have popped up the aluminum is coming loose also I have a leak in my dining room every time it rains. The owner was here and saw the nails and the leak said he would come out and fix my problem but as of today nothing has been done. They ignore your calls and requests yes he will call you this week or he’ll be out on such and such a day but no show. My husband and I are on a fixed income so now I have to find another roofer to fix the problem I have. I just want you to be aware of what happened to us.

It was a pleasure working for you! - Update When we gave you a proposal for your roof repair, we made it explicitly clear that there is not a warranty with this repair, but when you called us I told the team let's go out and take a look and see what we can do even though we did not give her a warranty granted this was 1,1/2 years after we did the repair. So we went our and did an inspection and concluded that it would be an easier repair and we would just take care of it for you even though you did not have a warranty to which we told you we are a couple week out on repair but we are going to stop by as soon as we can and take care of it for you at no cost and we would let you know, to which the first time we let you know we are panning on stopping by that evening if we have time to complete the repairs to which unfortunately we did not have time but had let you know so we would not just show up unannounced, the second time we told you we had a vehicle break down to which we were not able to make it and we communicated that to you, but we did show up the 3rd time and this review was left before we were out, and we did not ignore your calls, every call you made to the office was answered or responded too. Being human means that we are not perfect, but that doesn't stop us from striving to do our best in everything we do. Thank you, - Abner

  Showed up on time and quickly went to work replacing gutters. It was a smaller job and they took it anyway and the gutters look great .

  Everyone we spoke with here was nice and professional. We had leaks and they were able to put a rush on our project. The roof looks great. They also replaced all our vents and installed items that our last roofers missed when it was previously replaced. Would highly recommend Liberty Roofing.

  Working with Tom was great! He is very caring and professional. The work crew was on time, kept working until the job was done. They totally cleaned up at the end of the day. My new roof looks great

  It was a real pleasure working with Liberty Roofing Pros. I'm grateful that they could tackle what is a smaller job (installation of roof heating cables + caulking of gutter end-caps) in a location fairly far away from their home base. Tom in the office is terrific - responds quickly and reliably, very helpful. Zane (did the estimate) and Skylar (did the installation) were also pleasant and respectful, many thanks.

  I was very happy with the work that the Liberty Roofing crew performed at my house. It was a small job which most other roofing companies did not want to do. Also, Tom Gosnell kept me informed of the timeline as to when the work would be done. Good job by the whole crew.

  All roofing companies should be this good! We also suffered wind damage in December 2024 to our house from a tree falling on it. I immediately contacted the company and they were Johnny on the spot and got right out and tarped roof from the tree punctures to our roof. Our contact was Josh Christopher and he never missed a beat. He was always quick to respond whether voice messages, texts or emails. He was easy to work with, fair, trusting and did what he said he was going to do. The crew was astonishing! They arrived early got right to it and everything was perfectly done with a cleanup that made it look like they were never even there. What more could you ask for?? I would highly recommend them without any hesitation 😃👍
