Spoke with a guy on Saturday about a potential estimate for new roof. He sounded like he was gonna have an out of body experience he was so excited. Infact, he asked if I knew of any more houses that would need estimates. 😝 I was told the estimate would be done on Monday. I never heard anything back except for a text on Monday morning asking me details about the roof? It’s now Wednesday & I never got a call or anything? Strange?

Little communication and lack of responses trying to get a quote. First, tried to call and the voice-mail was full so sent a text. Set up a date to check out my roof and then he cancelled because he was running late. Rescheduled for a week …

Signed a contract with Dave in Summer 2022 to complete a reroof in the late fall. No communication despite repeated attempts to get a status update until one day several months later at 7 am he sends me a text saying we need to pick out shingles and to send a down payment the next day. After meeting with him to go over shingle types, he said he’d send us a quote to include gutters and guards. Needless to say we never heard back from him. He clearly didn’t want the job and realized he bid too low so he just walked away. I have all of his ramblings in text messages (he refused to answer his phone). H & S Roofing did a great job for us, don’t waste your time with this guy.

From start to finish working with Dave at Top Tier Roofing was a five star decision on our part when replacing our hail damaged roof. Dave is knowledgeable & straightforward (not pushy). He was easy to communicate with and worked with us during the Insurance claim process. His awesome crew arrived promptly, was well organized and efficient. David and the team provided excellent customer care and service. We met many times to understand the products and their service. They provided samples of the shingles and gutter colors. They were so gracious to us. As this was our first home, we needed to learn everything, and it took some time for us to make the decisions. After we had the contract signed, it was easy to schedule the service. They provided a checklist that made it so easy to prepare the day before the execution. They also had the work completed super quickly and it looks great! They left the perimeter of the house clean afterwards. Definitely recommend them!

Used Top Tier roofing twice as of the last 4 years once for a repair of a different company and this March for a complete new roof as the first company damaged so many places. I would recommend this company as the first and only one I would call, the workers worked as as hard as they could to finish, and when they finished it was as clean as the morning they arrived, this would be the company I would choose always. I had my whole house siding replaced. David and his team did an absolutely impeccable job in a timely manner, with great attention to detail, cleaning the area spotless before leaving for the day, absolute professionals, very courteous always, and ready to listen to any last minute requests. My neighbor recommended him to me, and I'm grateful for that. Now I paid it forward and I brought another neighbor to see the work they were doing.....so now they're in a project at his place. I've no reservations in giving him my highest recommendation.

We recently had a new roof installed by Top Tier Roofing and Siding, and the experience was very positive overall. Although the sales pitch and decision-making process were quite lengthy, taking up about four hours on a Sunday afternoon, the actual installation was swift and efficient. Work began promptly on Tuesday and was completed by Wednesday. We opted for fiberglass shingles, which not only look fantastic but are also expected to last for the next 30 years. As of now, we are thoroughly satisfied with this home improvement and would recommend Top Tier Roofing and Siding for their professionalism and quality workmanship.
