They charged me for a fix that didn’t actually fix the problem, and now won’t come out to complete the job. Do not do business with these people!

Tyler was the project manager for replacement of windows on our home. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. We are very satisfied with our new windows. If we need any additional home improvements we will absolutely call Overhead Solitions!

You get what you pay for? Not impressed with our roof experience with this company. The roofing crew was sloppy and did not pick up after themselves. My wife filled a garbage bag full by herself and I had to use my own roller magnet to pick up all the nails, screws, and metal debris left behind on the driveway because the project manager said he didn’t have one. We ordered a dumpster to help cut some cost and ended up paying an additional $271 because it was 3.8 tons over weight because the roofing crew over filled it. My wife and I had to attempt to pull as much out that was mounded on top just so it could get picked up. I also own my own portajohn which the roofing crew helped themselves to and made a mess of. They also didn’t put a ridge vent across the whole roof and had to come back to make it right. They left fascia loose in multiple spots that I had to fix. They cut corners around siding. You are dealing with a roofing crew operating by “Google Translate” to communicate with the project manager. Expect problems.

Overhead did our roof and did a great job. We had them back to do two windows and the quality of work was not what we were expecting. There were about 8 screws left in our carpet, and a number on the driveway from the installers dropping them as they put the windows in. There were also razor sharp pieces of cut trim left along side the house. The finishing job to seal them looks very unprofessional, we were offered someone to come and fix it but they said the best they could do was try to scrape some of it off with their fingernail when they arrived. The windows themselves have plastic burrs on them, installer said that's because we purchased low tier windows, they are two smaller windows at a total of $2400.

Had a roof leak caused by ice dam. When came out for a quote, I made sure to tell them about the issue. They said they would instal extra ice/water protection to correct the issue. 1st snow storm after getting the entire roof replaced we got an ice dam and interior damage to ceiling and walls. They basically responded that it isn't their problem. Their warranty doesn't cover ice dams or interior damage caused by them. His response when I asked about the extra ice/water barrier was that it's not 100% effective and that water can get through the nail holes. Even though I spent thousands of dollars to replace a roof, it did not fix the problem that was the whole reason we replaced the roof. Thousands of dollars later and we get an oh well not our problem response. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone I know

Joseph, We are truly sorry you’re experiencing an ice dam and understand how frustrating it can be to invest in a new roof and still have concerns afterward. Ice dams are stressful for any homeowner, and we do not take that lightly. To ensure clarity, we want to revisit what was discussed throughout the process. During the estimate, prior to the sale, and again during installation, we reviewed the existing ice dam issues and explained that adding additional ice and water shield is not a guaranteed solution, but may help reduce the risk of ice dam related leaks. This was clearly noted and acknowledged prior to the start of work. We also retained the existing heat cables for you continued use after the project. These acknowledgments noted that future ice dams could still occur and cannot be fully prevented When the issue arose, we responded promptly and made two visits at no charge to help remove the ice dam in an effort to prevent water intrusion and protect your home. We did this because we genuinely care about our customers and stand behind our work. We take great pride in our integrity, service, and responsiveness, and we were transparent, proactive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Our goal has always been to help our customers while being honest about what can and cannot be guaranteed when it comes to ice dam conditions. We will use this experience as an opportunity to improve our process by providing additional recommendations, including referrals to insulation professionals, to further support transparency and set 100% crystal clear expectations moving forward.

I've never replaced a roof before and Overhead was great throughout the process, until after the install was complete. I had no idea what to expect but their entire team did great with communication and education leading up to the project. The project was delayed by one day, due to weather but they showed up on a Saturday to get the job done. The biggest complaint that I have is that my mower sucked up something that resembled a wire coat hanger and jammed/knicked up the blade of my rider during the first cut after the install. When I contacted the Project Manager, I was flat out ignored. I then reached out to the Quality Control rep and was told that they're "not sure what that wire would be from". I sent a photo and a video (from my security cameras) but they were dismissive. At this point, it does not seem that presenting them with proof would even help - even though I told them that I'll take care of sharpening and/or replacing the blades. I simply wanted them to make note of it, should further damage to the mower emerge later upon getting it inspected. After reading reviews, I was not concerned about nails - much less other debris but in addition to the "wire", I found a nail in the driveway. I am very happy with the roof, but rather annoyed by being dismissed so quickly after the job was complete.

Overhead quoted me for a roof at $80,000! Got 2 other quotes from different roofing companies and both were $40,000 using superior product. This company will overcharge you, highly recommend getting several roofing quotes before signing with Overhead.

Hello B.K. thank you so much for sharing your feedback! This is very shocking as we are so competitively priced. We would love the opportunity to review the estimate with you, compare apples to apples, and learn more about where we missed the mark here. I’m the owner and would love to hear more about your experience! Please reach out to me when you can: paul@overheadsolutionsinc.com 11/27 - B.K. we've done some digging to try to figure this out for you, never in the history of our company have we been priced this high in comparison to competitors. Because I don't have your full name I want to confirm with you. If you are working with a builder in the Phelps are, the options given to your builder were a good, better, and best set of options. Three different products, with three different pricing options. When I look at the quote given to them, it looks like the builder added all 3 products together for one price, not separating them as 3 different options. We've reached out to this builder for clarification today as well. We'd love the opportunity to clear some of this up with you. Thanks so much!

So many mistakes. Can't possibly list all. Workers don't know what they are doing. Do not recommend! Save yourself and go with someone else.

From estimate to completion, everything was so seamless. The communication was extremely thourough, scheduling was easy, and everyone I talked to was extremely kind and helpful. There was an issue with my decking that was unknown prior to the demolition, but Joe immediately reached out (I was out of town) and was able to work his magic and still complete the project in 2 days despite the additional work this caused his team. I was extremely happy with the final cost, as other companies were much higher and I’ve gotten multiple compliments on the end result. I would highly recommend!

Overhead Solutions did a great job replacing our commercial building’s roof. They provided a document which contained a written price quote and included all the details of the project and what to expect and kept me informed of the start date of the project. Salesperson Justin Haines and project manager James Williams performed excellently in their roles and the work crew did excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone needing quality roofing at a fair price.
