  Crazy driver almost wrecked both of us!

  Apparently, if the sales person comes to give you a “free” estimate and after some conversation you decide that you don’t want what they’re selling, so you tell them you are no longer interested in a quote and don’t want to waste anymore of their time, you will get billed $300 for said “free estimate”. Nowhere does it say if the sale person comes out and it doesn’t feel like a good fit, that you will be charged. Pretty shady business practice. I’m forced to get a quote at that point, with a company I’ve already decided I didn’t want to use instead of stopping him before that point and not wasting his time? Seems fair. He even stated on the bill, “customer did not wish to continue because she was uncomfortable with the conversation”…. But have to continue to speak to this person or be charged. Ok!!!!

  Hello Erin, My name is Jorge and I am the owner of the company. I did send you a private message as soon as I was made aware of the situation, but I also want to respond here publicly to clear things up. First, I want to confirm that we do not charge for estimates, inspections, or sales visits. That is not and has never been a policy of our company. The invoice that was sent to you was completely unauthorized and should be disregarded. You will not be charged, and you do not owe anything. I also want to sincerely apologize for the way this situation was handled. While I was not present and did not have control over what took place during that interaction, I do take full responsibility for how my company is represented. This is not how I do business, and it is not how I expect any customer to be treated. Due to the seriousness of this incident, David is no longer employed with our company. I take situations like this very seriously, and I acted immediately once I learned what occurred. You should never feel pressured, uncomfortable, or threatened with a charge for choosing not to move forward. That is completely unacceptable. Again, I am truly sorry for your experience. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, and I wish you the best moving forward. -Jorge

  I had a horrible experience with Prestige Roofing and I would not recommend them to anyone. The job was sloppy & needed to be redone in 1 area. One downspot of the gutters wasn't installed until I requested it. I paid for gutter guards that they didn't install until 2 months later when I called them out on it. The debris was not fully cleaned up from the tear off. I was challenged by their crew not being able to speak English, that is not their fault, someone should have always been available on-site that I could communicate my concerns immediately. The project manager did not respond to text messages, stated he didn't receivemy messages & then was a no show due to "military responsibilities". If you are in the military reserves, you know ahead of time when you are expected to report not ghost me during the job. The only time I was able to speak with the project manager, Gio, all he had to tell me was excuses. A homeowner should not have to deal with excuses, they should be told solutions. The office manager never gave me the courtesy of a call when requested. Extremely disappointed.

  Tammy, You reached out to our office after the project had been completed to raise a few concerns. We responded promptly via email to assure you that each issue would be addressed. Some of the concerns mentioned included debris on your windows from the tear-off and a small tree branch left behind. While the majority of the debris appeared to be normal outdoor dust from the photos you shared, our crew still returned to thoroughly clean the affected areas. Throughout our interactions, you repeatedly referenced reporting us to the BBB, despite our consistent willingness to address your concerns, prioritize your satisfaction, and follow up in person. You stated that no one ever responded to you, but we strongly disagree. Our records show multiple email notifications from our office confirming that we would return and address your concerns promptly. Regarding our project manager, Gio, he is actively serving in the military reserves and does not have access to his phone while on duty. This has resulted in some delays in communication, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused. Finally, regarding the gutter guards, they were inadvertently missed during the initial installation. Once notified, we promptly added you to the schedule and completed the work. Given some of your strong remarks, we determined that continuing communication via email would ensure proper documentation and maintain professionalism. This is why our office manager did not reach out by phone. We have made every reasonable effort to address your concerns. We stand by the quality of our work and remain committed to resolving any issues professionally, even under challenging circumstances.

  We had a complete roof replacement and new gutters installed in April. First issue we had was that the company failed to pull a permit for structural repair work that was needed for our roof. I had specifically asked in the beginning of the process before signing of contract if they were going to take care of the permitting as required by City of Green Bay, in which they said they would. After the work was done I had noticed that there was no record of a permit on the City of Green Bay's open data site where you can view permits. They ended up doing an after the fact permit after we requested the work be permitted and inspected by the city before we were going to pay. Second issue: We had asked if it was possible to have one of the downspouts for the gutters be directed elsewhere from the current configuration. They said this could be done. The way they had configured the new gutters had created an issue with the gutter not properly draining as we discovered a week after completion. They ended up having to redo this entire section again to get to drain properly. Third issue: Noticed water leaking in around our B-Vent and Sewer Pipe Vent during recent heavy rains last week. Had to reach out again and they sent someone out to address. Apparently there was sealant missing in a spot on the storm collar of the b-vent and the sewer vent. Was not happy to discover leaking in newly replaced roof. Overall the attention to detail and quality of work was not the greatest. I believe a lot of the issues could have been prevented with some simple quality control by just having someone double check that everything is sealed properly where needed, checking the drainage of the gutters once the job was complete, and having someone at the company double checking that a permit has been taken out when needed. The company has been responsive throughout the process and has addressed our issues/concerns as they have arrived.

  I’m Grounds & Maintenance at a condo, and their work is top-notch. They respond really well (email,text/call). And if there are issues let them know and they’ll keep you in the loop. I already planned on working with them in the future (roofs,gutters and repairs) on the other buildings Thanks, Tony, Brittany, Humberto and everyone involved. Keep up the good work!

  We called because we thought we had a leak in our roof. He was extremely prompt and very thorough. Fortunately we didn't have a leak! He took time to explain what he was doing and what we will need to do in the future so a leak doesn't occur!
