  While they came highly recommended - the absolute disorganization of actually coordinating an estimate (talking with 3 different people). Then getting a call, after I was told an estimate was in the works - pretty much telling me that my business was very low priority and they would not be able to do a thing. I am finding roofers in this area to be sketchy at best. Even from long standing businesses.

  I guess we can apologize for the effort we put into getting you an estimate. Sorry if there was some type of misunderstanding with our process. At NO time did we imply or tell you that your business was low priority, and I regret you felt that way. I take pride that we were able to respond to you even if it was to state that we would not be able to assist you due to scheduling or ANY reason. The fact that you find roofers in this area "sketchy at best" seems to not specifically reflect such a poor review. Please post a positive review on the contractor that met your expectations. OR any positive review..... As one of the owners, I assure you that we try to assist as many people as we can but often have to turn down requests based on availability and scheduling. We do take responsibility for the miscommunication you felt we had. We will be able to improve on that.

  H&S did a wonderful job! Dylan was very courteous and informative. The installation crew arrived promptly at 6:00am and started immediately. They worked right up to 6:00pm, did a tremendous job, cleaned the site up and were very respectful of the property. The roof looks terrific! Dylan made a few suggestions that I hadn't thought about and I couldn't be happier with the results. What stood out to me was that he was able to fit my roof in on very short notice so as not to interfere with a previously scheduled project. That took a lot of stress off my plate. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

  I have relied on H and S for over 30 years . They are dependable and professional. I have been amazed by the fair price for work they have given me I don't even search for others. They are my go to company for my house needs.

  We had H and S out for a new roof. Very easy to work with, very communicable through out the process. And when they were done, it was like they weren't there. Would recommend to anyone to reach out.

  Awesome crew! Super transparent w the quotes; super responsive and when we made our decision to move forward; they handled everything! Got me scheduled; we had an incredible crew working hard through insane heat. The gutter scheduling was scheduled for the Monday after the roof install which normally wouldn’t have been an issue; but as soon as the intense rain came; I noticed some water in my basement. I reached out to h&s and they got the gutter crew there that next morning! Would easily recommend them again to anyone needing work! Thank you guys for taking care of everything!

  H&S replaced my roof in April of 2025 and an outstanding job; they’re “Best of the Bay” for good reason. We suffered 2 rounds of hail in June of ‘26 so I asked H&S for in inspection. Their Jeff Tilkens inspected the roof right away and emailed me a comprehensive report. Fortunately, the roof is just fine; and, H&S refused to allow me to pay them for the inspection. When your roof needs repairing, H&S Roofing is the place to call. They are indeed the “Best of the Bay”.

  It is a week since I had the roof re-shingled and I am still in awe. Everything from the initial inspection/quote to the installation couldn’t have been better. They told me I cold probably hang on another 2 years. What prices ever go down so I opted to get it done. Jake and Drew were both informative and professional from the quote through cleanup. I had a few concerns with the aesthetics on two separate occasions and they came up with solutions to my satisfaction. I was pleased that customer satisfaction was paramount. The crew arrived at 6 am sharp. They were courteous, polite and friendly. Steve, the project manager was on top of all aspects of the job throughout the entire day. He was well informed about the project and paid attention to every detail. I asked the neighbors if the noise from the installation was disturbing and the response was “not at all.” My particular job required removal and disposal of old roofing materials, supply and installation of new materials and clean up of entire work area. My home is 2200 square feet with a 7-12 pitch. The clean up went well and the crew pulled out at 6pm. I stood at the end of the driveway thinking it was hard to believe they were even there!! As I said, I am still awestruck on the entire experience. I would not hesitate one bit to highly recommend H & S Roofing LLC . Their marketing materials say “Get 3 Estimates. Make Us One.” I am monumentally glad I did.
