Called for an estimate. Got hung up on faster than a bad painting. The man who answered the phone sounded like I personally tore off his roof, stole his ladder, and blamed him for the weather. No greeting—just immediate attitude shingles, layered thick. I asked a simple question. A roof-level question. Nothing crazy. Nothing illegal. Nothing that required NASA clearance. Apparently that was my first mistake. Every response came with: • sighs heavier than wet plywood • interruptions sharper than roofing nails • and a tone so condescending it needed its own safety harness Mid-sentence—MID. SENTENCE.— CLICK. Hung up on. No warning. No goodbye. No mercy. I’ve had scam callers show more commitment to a conversation. Customer service here is like a leaky roof: loud, stressful, and clearly not being maintained. Professionalism must’ve blown off in the last storm because it was nowhere to be found. Roofing expertise? Unconfirmed. Phone etiquette? Fell through the ceiling. Communication skills? Needs a full tear-off and replacement. Vibes? Straight hail damage. Calling All Star Roofing and Repair felt less like contacting a business and more like accidentally calling a guy who hates roofs, phones, people, and joy. Five stars for confidence. Zero stars for not hanging up politely. Would recommend only if you enjoy being: • cut off • talked over • emotionally reroofed • and abruptly disconnected like a bad Wi-Fi signal All Star Roofing and Repair: They don’t raise the roof — they raise your blood pressure. ⭐

This is Jaime, owner of All Star Roofing. The people who have dealt with me know I am not like that at all. Either you called somewhere else or this is total fake review by a internet troll. This review looks like something AI would whip up. I 100% know this is fake. I treat everyone with professionalism and respect.

I have no idea who you are. I know for a fact Jack Frost never called me for a roof qoute. Based on your reviews it seems like you dont like anybody. If you really did contact me please let me know who you are and I would be glad to rectify any miscommunication.

This company, and Jaime in particular, were absolutely fantastic to work with. This was my first time having to deal with replacing a roof, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire process. Jaime explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms and made the process much less overwhelming. When my wife and I were undecided on which color to choose, he went above and beyond by providing us with addresses where we could see both options firsthand and get a better idea of what they would look like. On roofing day, the crew showed up on time, were respectful, worked hard, and spent extra time making sure everything was cleaned up when they were finished. The entire crew was professional from start to finish. I felt the price was more than reasonable. You may find someone who can do the job cheaper, but I don’t believe you’ll find someone who will do it better. I would be hard-pressed to find a company that could have done a better job. Thank you to Jaime and everyone at All-Star Roofing! Highly recommended!

Jaime and his crew are true professionals and did an awesome job when they replaced my roof last week. How often do you see the owner of the company working up on the roof with the crew, Jaime did and they all work well together. He also …

All star did my roof friday. They were done all in one day. Done by 430 as well. Jaime was very nice and helpful. Also was very reasonable out of the 3 other estimates I received. Called them on the 10th and they came out on the 21st.

All Star Roofing did a wonderful job installing my new roof and it looks great. They also straightened a bent gutter and were a couple thousand dollars less than my other two estimates.
