I referred Courtney Shafer to my parents for gutters on their house and she did not disappoint with her expertise. She came out as soon as the next day to give them a quote. Courtney is a devoted and caring person and she gave my parents her all. The team at Top Tier did an amazing job and in a reasonable time. Their house looks amazing! The transformation is beautiful! Thank you to all involved in this project!
