  I got my gallbladder removed a week ago. And although, Just In Time Roofing and Restoration would not know this, I need y’all to understand that no is a complete sentence. Apparently your company is going to do work nearby in my neighborhood. I have had 2 gentlemen come and knock on my door and I have been very polite and declined. One left a business card on our porch (because I’m bed ridden healing) on the cart of snacks I leave for delivery workers. Cool! But then tonight, I get a call… and I’m not sure how you even received my number but I got a call requesting if they could do a free inspection. I calmly say, “No thank you.” He proceeds to repeat that it’s free and only takes 15 minutes as if I didn’t understand what he said the first time. I politely say, “No thank you” again and he hangs up in my face. So now that I have all this free time healing, I will make sure that all social media platforms including NextDoor, FB and all the review sites will know how we are continuously being badgered after very kindly declining and how they hang up in your face when they somehow look up your number after declining.

  We tried to call 3 times to get some help on a roof leak and put in a service request from the call center. We were told we would get a call back the next day all 3 times, and never got a response.

  Roof was previously installed by JIT Roofing on a home just months before I purchased. Roof leaked and caused damage, contacted them to come look and fix. They came out and realized they didn’t seat a boot down all of the way and caulk around it. The technician agreed that it was their fault and that part was fixed that day but the company has been unresponsive when trying to get them to repair insulation and Sheetrock from the water damage. I have contacted multiple times via phone and email without response. I have had the repair completed because I did not want any further damage but now it looks like I am responsible for the invoice for that repair. Do not recommend. If you truly are the best in the business, you would stand by your work and make it right when mistakes are made.

  In hindsight, we should have gone with our gut and used another roofing company. Some of the early concerns included an increase of over $2000 quote difference between Jan 24 and April 24 for the same job. It was explained that the first salesperson measured wrong and the increased price reflected the correct measurements. Extremely pushy salesperson anxious for us to choose a color and sign a contract. Flippant comments that our landscaping most likely could be damaged and there is nothing that can be done. Although we ignored these concerns we moved forward with JIT Roofing since the company seemed to come highly recommended. Looking back at the initial estimate, the company offers a $500 discount for positive Google reviews which skews the public's perception of this company. The roof and gutters were installed in 2024 and during the installation we had issues with the crew. This included having a crew member urinate in our backyard. The quality of work was also subpar. I had to contact the owner to have the issues resolved. Less than 1.5 years later we have had water come into the house causing water damage. The company sent a repair person and per his feedback the flashing wasn't installed correctly, and nails had come loose. This was repaired and I was told I would be contacted to discuss the process to repair the internal damage to the drywall. I did not hear back and therefore made multiple calls to the office with no return calls. I eventually called and left a message on the owner's cellphone. Yesterday I received an email stating that "in the contract under "Warranty," our workmanship warranty does not cover damage resulting from "storm damage." It is for this reason that we are unable to cover the cost of the interior repairs. Damage from a named storm falls under your homeowner’s insurance policy." This company does not stand behind its work. The damage is a direct result of their poor workmanship and did not occur during a 'storm'. A brand-n

  They were fast, communicated well, and explained everything. It was all done in a day. Started in the morning by 5 pm was completed and cleaned up. Highly recommend! My roof is beautiful!

  My roof needed some repair work done, it was discovered the hard way (water mark on the ceiling inside). Matt came out and found the issues (combination of uncaulked nails, ridge vent issues, and a few spots where shingles were not transitioning smoothly). We discussed the best way to go about it, and he answered my questions about future work (getting rid of the decorative dormers, and potentially getting rid of the decorative gable). Very patient, very through. Matt responded to all my emails quickly and showed he was listening to my concerns. Daniel was the worker who came out, he was polite and professional. Thankfully they were able to schedule the job before all the bursts of heavy rain we've been getting the last few days!

  I did not know I could do this on my phone. I don't own a computer. 6 months ago Just In Time Roofing installed me a Standing Seam Metal Roof. Very high end for my modest neighborhood. Everyone loves the color. I've not had any problems in 6 months. I've been very happy. I should have done my roof 2 years ago. I would have had a lot more enjoyment. I'm definitely proud of my roof.   UPDATE: April 2026. It was time for new gutters so we gave Justin a call. They were the only company we talked to. He came out and quoted the project, we got it on the schedule, and in no time the crew was back to do all the work in one day. We are just as happy with the gutters as we are with the roof (now four years in with zero issues.) If we had more projects for Just In Time Roofing, we would happily have them out to do the work for us. Working with them could not be easier. February 2022. We recently replaced our 20+ year-old asphalt shingle roof with a new standing seam metal roof. Just In Time's crew came out and got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time for what a big undertaking it was. They put in at least 10 hours a day (in the middle of winter), leaving after sunset, and still managed to clean up every day so that the property was never messy. We had gotten some snow in the middle of the work, and the team made sure everything was properly covered, and even came out on the weekend to check up on the project. We never had a single leak, despite the snow, some rain, and some windy days. When it was all done, we got the roof we wanted, and are already getting compliments and questions from passers-by on who did it for us. Justin is super easy to work with, and communication was great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Just In Time Roofing for your roofing needs.
