  We had our front porch roof replaced by Redeem a couple years ago. We couldn't afford the whole thing at the time. A few weeks ago I had another roofer to come out. He said that the front roof that was replaced had no flashing under the shingles. So it wasn't done right. Buyers beware. I guess since it was me and my sister we were taking advantage of.

  Hello ma’am, I am sorry that you had such a negative experience with our company. As I explained to you, I was late for our first appointment because I was in an emergency situation trying to dry in a customers home because of sudden rain. When you set an appointment with me later in the day I purposefully arrived early so that I would not inconvenience you further. I’m not sure why that was an issue. Last year I came to visit you, I brought window samples and and gave you an approximate cost per window and you said you would like to wait. Upon discussing in more detail what you were requesting, I discovered that it was not in my scope of work as you needed interior trim and paint work. We are a roof and exteriors company. I truly wish you the best in the completion of your project. Thank you

  Travis and team recently installed some skylights, a chimney cap, and corrected some flashing issues around the chimney. From quote to install he did everything well and with care. I'd trust him again because he earned it. And the skylights.... they transformed our house.

  Reseem roofing has been one of my best construction experiences since owning a home. The entire team was kind, professional, and hard working. Special shout out to Brad who worked all day in the hot sun putting up our gutter guards! Travis and team have a special organization here, and I can’t say enough good things. Recommend to everyone.

  Brad was great and very professional. He went above and beyond helping fix things that others had messed up. He was honest with pricing and undercut the others by more than half! He didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need that the others tried to sell and gouge me on. Highly recommend him and this company.
