  Horrible job these contractors left cigarettes and nails all over the ground beside our homes that is a fire hazard. removed siding and didn't use anything to protect the walls there were wires sticking out, It rained right after they left. Used our stuff without permission. Used our drums as garbage bins. No respect at all. Just shovelled and threw all our stuff out of place.

  Worst company ever to deal with. We had a brand new window installed from hail damage. We waited 3 days for them to show up to install our window and they did not even call to let us know. Then when they installed our window they broke our blind where it would not open all the way only 3/4. I complained to my condo board and it took Top Roof 5 months to even get back to my condo board and they were frustrated as well with this company. They finally came out to check the blind not until March 2026. Once they came out the technician completely broke our blind where now it will not open at all. Now they say they are not responsible and now I have to pay for my blind that I never broke at all. Beware! Never let these people in your house at all as they do not take any responsibility at all. Very very bad company to deal with to get the job done in a professional manner. I will definitely let all my friends and family never to deal with this company at all to save the headache of a very tardiness company.

  I don’t know how these guys do roofs, but they are absolute maniacs on the road. Just got cut off and it was so close. My mirror was bumped in. I wouldn’t hire these maniacs.

  As subcontractors running our own company, we were extremely disappointed with how Top Roof and Exterior handled payment for jobs we completed through another contractor who sourced projects from them. That contractor—who has been fully transparent and honest with us—recently called to let us know that Top Roof had shorted us on square footage. We were ripped off for approximately 150 to 200 square feet, which translates to $4,000–$5,000 that we rightfully earned. To be clear, we have nothing to reproach the contractor who hired us through Top Roof. He was upfront about the situation and did the right thing by calling us directly. The problem lies fully with Top Roof and Exterior. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in an industry where too many hardworking subcontractors are being taken advantage of. Companies like this thrive on underpaying the very crews who put in the real labor. We trusted the process, did the work, and now we’re left chasing what we're owed. If you’re a subcontractor, be cautious. If you’re a homeowner, ask who’s really doing the work—and how they’re being treated.

  My condo board hired this company to deal with roof repairs after hail damage and it has been constant issues and disrespect towards residents. I came home today and found not only the grass by my garage filthy and covered in garbage but the entire green space by our townhouses were covered with garbage and debris. I started taking pictures so I can forward them to the relevant parties and an employee approached me to say “that was all the wind” and said something else in some European language. I told him the garbage by my garage has been there for multiple days and that I wasn’t talking to him or approached him so I’m not sure why he offered this explanation. He proceeds to argue with me and starts swearing, because I was taking pictures and tells me if I have a problem his boss is on the roof and to talk to him. I told him not to worry and I’d be talking with his boss. The employee proceeds to start cleaning up while still talking and swearing at me, it was one of the most unprofessional interactions I’ve ever seen. I let him know that I already got the pictures and I would be sending them in. The employee clearly understood that it wasn’t okay to leave garbage and debris everywhere as he started cleaning it up, but I found it ridiculous he was still arguing with me. I am sure they have been talked to about this already because top roof has been receiving constant complaints from multiple residents who have similar disrespectful interactions with their workers. Many other companies where the employees will not actively disrespect you while working.

  Property management hired this company to fix the roof in our townhouse community and it’s been nothing but headaches. They did not follow the schedule provided to residents which affected our routine, especially when you’re trying to work from home while they are listening to music and yelling at each other all day long. Or can’t even leave your house because they are blocking your driveway. I understand this is part of their job, however, don’t provide a schedule if you’re not going to follow it. They work until 9pm during the week, imagine how fun that was when you have a baby sleeping and constantly being woken up with the extremely loud noises because of their lack of consideration. Not to mention that they start at 7am during the weekend, but they would just show up to yell at each other outside and then leave. They made a huge mess in our community, there’s garbage EVERYWHERE, on the street, the green area, balcony, the garbage bins are overflowing with their materials. If you’re a company that knows you’ll be generating that amount of trash, bring your own bin and take care of it.

  The company installed a skylight with a blind (which they could not install) that was not what was expecting or what I was invoiced for. When the velux rep came out and finished the installation (I immediately informed him it was not what i was expecting or invoiced for). He encouraged me to try it for a week and if I wasn't satisfied he would switch it. I tried to email, call and text both Top Roof and Velux (the blind company) , I was completely ignored and told they would call me back. It has been months. The Velux rep finally got back to me after I went to the regional manager directly - informing me that I would have to pay for a new blind and the associated installation cost. This is completely unacceptable. I would never do business with either of these companies again.

  Thank you to the wonderful team at top roof and exteriors. The crew did a wonderful job on the roof, quick and professional. And working with Stacey on the quote was a joy. She was fast at responding to my questions and providing a quote. Would happily recommend this company to someone looking for a new roof.

  Had great experience with Top Roof & Exteriors. Reached out to them and received a quote back from Stacy promptly. Five day's later the shingles were delivered and 2 days after that installed. Finished.

  I had a spectacular experience with Top-Roof. I contacted Top-Roof and received a quote from Stacey within 1 hour. Their price was very good, so I contracted with them. A book of shingle samples (different brands and colours) was dropped off within 1 day. Once confirmed, I was scheduled and had my new roof completed within a few weeks of my first contact. The on-site installation team was great. Extremely friendly and professional, cleaning up at the end of each day (noting, the install only took 2 days), and following up with an inspection upon completion of the job. I would recommend them to everyone. A very good experience overall...

  Highly recommend Top Roof and Exteriors! Nick (the owner) was awesome to deal with from start to finish, and Stacey made the whole process incredibly fast, smooth, and hassle-free. They did an amazing job on our new roof, finishing the entire project in just one day and at a great price. If you want quality work and excellent customer service, this is the team to call!

  Fantastic experience with Top Roof. When my patio roof leaked, they were incredibly quick to visit and complete the repair efficiently. What stood out most was how fair and transparent they were throughout the process. Highly recommended.

  We recently had our roof done by Top Roof & Exteriors Inc. and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, fast, and the quality of work was excellent. They were always available and stayed in touch throughout the whole process, answering any questions we had right away. Exceptional group of guys — very respectful, organized, and easy to work with. The job site was kept clean and everything was completed quickly without sacrificing quality. They also do siding, and the quality of their exterior work is just as impressive. Clean installs, attention to detail, and very efficient crews. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing or exterior work. One of the best services in the city👌

  Thank you to Nick for coordinating and Kevin and helper for reattaching a piece of siding that had become dislodged. They were all professional, courteous and diligent in making sure that the problem was repaired and wouldn’t happen again! Excellent service from an excellent company and team!!!!
