  They gave me a quote for a small job, the rate was hourly saying the job should take 8 hours but they took 16. Almost $3,000 to fix a small leak.

This wasn't a typical roof leak repair—it involved a custom two-storey sunroom where the original wall flashing had not been installed correctly. Completing the repair required extensive setup, removing siding, fabricating custom flashing on site, and reinstalling everything. Because of the unknowns involved, we discussed and agreed that this project would be completed on an hourly basis before any work began. We also explained that the repair could take 2–3 days, depending on what we found once the area was opened up. Your review mentions the repair cost "almost $3,000," however the original invoice was approximately $2,400, and after discussing your concerns we further reduced it, with the final amount paid being $2,188 including GST. We understand that unexpected repair costs are frustrating, but we believe it's important to repair complex leaks properly rather than take shortcuts. While we're sorry you weren't happy with the final cost, we stand behind the quality of the work completed and wish you all the best.

  Late last year, Rapid Roof responded promptly when I called about a chimney leak. Their technician diagnosed the issue as an issue with the chimney collar and completed the repair for $400. Unfortunately this year i noticed that the leak had returned. Furthermore, the box under the leak was damp and stained, meaning it had returned sometime prior to me noticing. When I contacted them again, scheduling became problematic. After several back-and-forth communications, I was given an appointment three weeks out (July 28th), which was concerning given the ongoing heavy rains and potential for water damage. Most disappointing was that no one showed up on the scheduled date. There was no phone call, voicemail, or any communication explaining the absence. This complete lack of follow-through is unprofessional and left me dealing with an active leak during rainy weather.

When you first contacted us regarding the return of your chimney leak, we were in the middle of a severe rainstorm with hundreds of emergency calls coming in. During your call, our technician advised that our office assistant would reach out to schedule a time. When she did, you stated that if we couldn’t come immediately, we shouldn’t come at all, as you were about to leave on vacation. Roughly 24–48 hours later, you called back and asked to be booked for the next available appointment — which we scheduled for July 28th. Just to clarify, that was a 2-week wait, not three as mentioned in your review. On the day of your appointment, we followed our standard confirmation process and called an hour before the scheduled time to confirm someone would be home. There was no answer and no return call, so the technician did not proceed to the site. Due to the high volume of unconfirmed appointments and no-shows, we cannot send crews without confirmation. We want to emphasize that your original repair resealing the chimney cap was an appropriate solution at the time. However, on older roofs (10+ years), repairs can sometimes act more like temporary fixes due to the overall condition of surrounding materials. Despite this being over a year old, we were still happy to come back and assist you. Our intention was always to help resolve the issue. We're still open to scheduling a return visit if you'd like to move forward. Thank you

  This new business misrepresenting itself to the consumer and has predatory practice of advance payment but fails to deliver quality service, in a professional timely manner. Complaints filed with Service Alberta & Better Business Bureau. Misrepresentations: -advertised on their website have maintained 2 decades of certification with better business bureau while Better Business Bureau verified never certified with them and only in business last 3 years (the company has now removed these statements from the website after my complaint) -advertises Haag Certified inspector (to establish credibility) no evidence given, no HCI number provided & search on Haag education website for the business or the specific inspector brings up no results -advertises 24 hour guarantee turn around time for all desired roofing quotes, inspections clearly not accurate from my experience Have since found a professional roofing company to assist but all consumers should be aware and warned against investing their time, money and property with Rapid Roofing

  Rapid roofing solutions is a great company to deal with. We talked to the super helpful and very sweet Linda who sent out a technician quickly to assess our leaky garage roof. They came the next day (today) to fix it. Unheard of to get such quick service.He took alot of pictures of the damage that previous company's didn't bother to investigate as completely as he did. All previous fixes were a stop gap measure. He took the job seriously. He was quick, efficient and very thorough. We are finally confident that our problem is now resolved. Great company to deal with. Cannot recommend them enough.

  We noticed a significant leak after the recent rainstorm and reached out to Rapid Roofing. Austin came the next morning and did a thorough inspection, unfortunately revealing several systemic problems in our roof replacement from five years ago. He provided photos and thorough documentation of these problems so that we can move forward into the repair/replacement stage. Excellent service, would not hesitate to recommend or engage again!

  From start to finish working with Rapid roofing was spectacular. They were very quick to respond to my initial inquiry about My roofing and skylight issues.   I had a leak in my bathroom exhaust, searched up roofing companies and their 4.9 rating caught my eye. I immediately called and talked to Linda, who was super awesome and got me the quote quickly and had Matt come by the very next day to do the repairs. He came on time and finished in a very reasobale time. Great job and customer service!! A++++

  I noticed on my house that the west facing shingles were starting to curl up. After I had a company out to look they told me that the roof was no longer at a repair state and needed to be replaced. I did what most folks do and start googling companies and getting some second opinions and quotes. I did in-fact need a roof on my house. After talking to Austin and getting quotes complied, I decided to pull the trigger with Rapid Roofing, and I could not be more impressed. From the online inquiry, scheduling, installation and sign off everything went flawlessly. If you are looking for a company who is amazing from end to end, look no further.

  I was woken one rainy August morning by water aggressively dripping from my ceiling. In a panic I called five local companys and left messages that i needed help. About 20 minutes later i got a call from Austin. He told me all of his crew were booked, but he would personally come to take a look. He showed up very soon after and was able to quickly identify and repair the issue. He was able to immediately set my mind at ease. Thank you Austin, awesome job!
