  I wouldn't recommend these people they did work for me on my 20 yrs old roof . Now my roof leaks after they had fix it now they saying it leaks at the window but they say not responsible for the damage in my kitchen the water run down the wall and leaks at the cantilever so i wouldn't have them touch my house or anyone else house especially two disability peopleMy wife has had 2 strokes Pav at top right was great and understanding my circumstances. his crew is friendly and helpful. Got my roof done in one day where ive seen other companies take longer . They even found mold and replaced the plywood. Thanks again for all your help. Now i take back what i said 3 mouth ago my roof leaks in our kitchen ceiling is wrecked and they wont fix it roof before never leaked even though our was pasted due and hail damage. I would never tell anyone to use them and insult my wife whos paralyzed and now i have fix it myself because I can't afford because all our money goes to take care of wife your is great but your who set that text messages insulting my wife to public apologize for the comments he said until then your company remeans garbage

After inspecting the situation, we determined that the water intrusion was not caused by the roofing work we completed. The leak is the result of damaged siding that was not repaired following the hailstorm. Water entered through the compromised siding and traveled behind the wall, eventually appearing in your kitchen and at the cantilever. Unfortunately, because the source of the leak is unrelated to the roof installation, we are unable to accept responsibility for the resulting interior damage. We understand how stressful this situation is, especially given your family's circumstances, and we never intended to cause additional hardship. Our goal has always been to provide quality workmanship and honest communication. If you would like, we are happy to review our findings with you and explain why the siding is the source of the leak so you have the information needed to move forward with the appropriate repairs.

  Sends documents and photos to ALBERTA HEALTH SERVICES / ENVIRONMENTAL PUBLIC HEALTH And CALGARY HOUSING COMPANY stating work was completed when no contractors even showed up to do the work. Thats fraud Then they try and come back around 8 pm no notices putting up a ladder by a bedroom window. I do have photos That's just creepy.looking into bedroom window around 8 pm. I have the document from ahs / eph stating photos and documents were sent to ahs / eph from Calgary housing company and this company. Too bad it doesn't allow me to post the document from ahs / eph

  Very bad after installation support, they never comeback to fix my door & fence that they have installed. I have reminded them mtiple time but no response. Very bad experience! Definitely, not recommended.

  We hired Top Right Renovations And Exteriors LTD to fix hail damage in late 2024. Our experience has been very frustrating. Their crew left old gutters on our roof. We only found out when strong winds blew them off and damaged both our siding and our neighbour’s siding. This should not have been missed in the first place. Given how dangerous it could have been had there been a person or pet in the place where the gutters fell. This is basic cleanup and quality audit that should never have been overlooked. Since then, it’s been the same pattern. We follow up, they reply quickly and say they’ll come, but no one shows up. We wait months, follow up again, and it repeats. They have never once followed up with us on their own. In December, they came to fix the siding but installed the wrong colour. We told them, and they unprofessionally replied “WILL GET THIS FIXED” in all caps. It’s now May and they haven’t returned yet and nothing has been fixed, including our neighbour’s siding. They have also never apologized. Instead, they blame the workers and say they’re not directly employed, which is odd because they told us before that they don’t use subcontractors. Overall, poor work, poor communication, and no follow-through. I would not recommend them.

You did communicate with our team regarding damage siding which was instantly installed with unmatched colour to prevent water damage and later it was replaced with the existing match and the pictures you are showing about gutters was cleared right after, so thanks for posting old pictures.   Unprofessional workers . Needs to learn to clean after themselves instead of throwing stuff on other people's property. Clearly you replied in defense. There is no yard, it's open and it's not a lot but still one shouldn't do that. Thank you for removing it.

  Hello Bari After investigating, we did your neighbours house 60 cornerbrook and that siding (garbage) doesn’t belong to us,we installed Blue Grey siding and those 2 piece was from the other side neighbours (wicker) which was placed on our clients garbage bin and they took it out. Still we did cleanup by sending our service crew same day you posted this. Instead of being Keyboard warrior you could have called us rather than putting reviews which are not legit.   Tried calling them but seems to not be a way of getting ahold of an actual person as you can only leave a voicemail. Staying somewhere where they are working on multiple houses and there are nails all over the place I am concerned about my kids getting hurt and even running over and getting a flat and cannot even get ahold of anyone to take care of the mess. Very unprofessional

  Very unprofessional. Staples everywhere. I'm worried my kid will get a staple in their shoe. They blocked my neighbors driveway. Causing all kinds of issues on my block with their lack of professionalism! Very rude and very unprofessional. Didn't finish on time either.

  I had two great experiences working with Top Right on repairs to my roof and the exterior of my home. Their service was prompt and budget-friendly. Ron was very responsive and took quick action on my requests. Both jobs were completed on time without any delays. I would highly recommend Top Right for roofing and exterior work, and I will definitely return to them for future projects.

  I loved working with this company! Very professional, every step of the way. I was recommended to them by someone who used them for their hail damaged home. I called them for a quote, and they started working on my hail damaged home right away. Replaced my entire roof, siding, gutters and some windows. Ron and his crew have been nothing but courteous to me. Even going out of their way to deliver my certificate of completion. Thank you Top Right for a job well done!

  We hired Top Right for roofing and siding after parting ways with another contractor. Pav, the project manager, was responsive and took accountability when issues came up. I also got the sense that he and management treat their crews with respect, which shows in how they work together. The roofing crew was quick and tidy, though they did knock a wood slat off my gate without saying anything. The siding crew finished everything as asked but left screws around, damaged some steps, and disconnected a few backyard lights. Gutters caused noise during my work presentation, and the fascia crew left the biggest mess on our property and even our neighbour’s side. That said, pricing was fair, payment wasn’t due until after the walkthrough, and the job was completed. Overall, if you’re hands-on and don’t mind keeping an eye on details, I’d recommend Top Right and would hire them again.
