  Terrible service. Terrible workmanship. The manager still hasn’t come out to review my complaint. 18 months since. Don’t pay until you get the manager out on site to sign off

  Illegally parked in a fire lane on the side of the Beacon Dermatology building on Feb 6, 2026. Made it very difficult for my disabled friend to access the wheelchair ramp.

  My company was hired by a general contractor to re roof a sloped roof that merges into a flat roof, central roofing was contracted for the flat roof and had told the general contractor that they had finished but after we showed up it was obvious that they had not finished. They were contacted to come finish the flat roof , showed up 3 hours later and acted as if it was our fault that they didn't finish. The crew members did not act in a professional manner. I would not recommend this company if professionalism is what you want.

  DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS! literally after 2 weeks and 2 phone calls I had someone finally come to look at my roof for an estimate... I had been up before to see if it was something minor like the fan cover frozen open but everything had looked fine so I knew it was just the seems letting go so I called for an estimate an they came like I said after two weeks! And they went up and litterally dug a hole on my roof to make a slow leak that dripped once every minute and a half to a full on water fall and turned my bathroom into a swimming pool... this was the only company I had up so I knew it was them who had done this to make things worse so I had no choice but to hire them and I knew it was them because I went up with a utility pump and pumped all the water off an seen the hole dug... had my husband call to ask if they would fix what they did an the owner I think it was Wayne had a screaming match on the phone with my husband finally had a company come out same day an give me a quote of half of what these crooks quoted me! Sorry but I'm not paying 15k plus to have a 600sqf roof replaced... might I add I don't appreciate being called a liar an threatened over the phone... to whomever reads this it would be wise to get quoted from someone else how this company is still alive is beyond me...

  This is a different type of review, on behalf of an elderly gentleman of my acquaintance, who lived in a truck. He was in a car accident near to this business. When Linda, receptionist, heard it happen, she rushed out and immediately called 911. Wayne, owner, heard Linda talking to 911, and went out to offer whatever assistance he could to those in the accident. Upon realizing that the elderly gentleman lived in his truck, and the truck being a complete write off, he offered to clear out all the belongings and store them in his office while arrangements could be made. When I contacted Wayne, he assured me it was no problem for the belongings to remain there until hospital staff and I could figure out living arrangements. It took over a month for the gentleman to heal from his injuries enough to be released from care. I arranged with Linda to pick up all the belongings. Everything was gathered into bags and tucked safely away in a locked space. Also, it turned out that a large amount of coins were in the truck which Wayne painstakingly cleared out from amidst the crumpled cab of the truck. Linda generously sorted and rolled all the coins to make it easier to transport. I so appreciated all that Wayne and Linda did to support a senior citizen in a moment of deep stress, and further providing peace of mind that his few precious belongings were safe. I believe that compassion, honesty, generosity of spirit, and kindness are all qualities that are more important than whatever work we do. Because they inform the way we treat people and the way we do business. If my experience with them means anything, I have no doubt "going the extra mile" underpins their work ethic. Thank you Wayne and Linda.

  Recently we had a roof leak after living in our home for 15 years. It was a mysterious leak which no one seemed to be able to diagnose. Blaine from Central came out to the house yesterday and calmly assessed the situation after inspecting the roof. He identified some deficiencies that no one else had done in 15 years. He believed these were the source of the leak and after thanking him he said Central would not be charging for his time as it was just an inspection. You cannot find this kind of service in Calgary anymore. Every business in Calgary wants to start charging as soon as you talk to them. Well done Central and Blaine!

  I had a serious concern with my roof sagging. Blaine came out to asses the problem promptly putting my mind at ease. I was not charged for the time he spent with me which is truly refreshing these days. In the coming years my roof will be due for replacement and I know who I will be contacting. Thank you Blaine and Central Roofing!
