  **Buyer Beware: They Don’t Stand Behind Their Work** I hired this company years ago for a full roof and siding job. The installation seemed fine at the time, and I was satisfied enough to recommend them to others. Big mistake. Years later, I discovered serious leaks that damaged my kitchen and garage ceilings. I called the original company back, expecting professionalism. An inspector came out and was pleasant. Then his boss, Ramon Jr., arrived and told my wife the roof was not installed properly—his words. That gave us hope they’d take responsibility. Instead, we received a $5,000 repair quote. I reminded Ramon Jr. by email that he admitted the installation was faulty and that his company did the work. His response? The warranty expired. No ownership. No offer to help. When I spoke to him by phone, he was immediately rude and dismissive. He denied what he said to my wife, essentially calling her a liar. Then he sarcastically said, “What are you going to do, sue me?” That one comment tells you everything. This company does not stand behind its work, even when the issue is due to their own admitted poor installation. We trusted them with a major project and were left with water damage and no accountability. If you’re considering hiring them, proceed with caution. Their professionalism ends the moment you pay.

  Michael, we’re sorry to hear you’re upset and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occurred. We completed your roof and siding project in August of 2013, nearly 12 years ago. When you contacted us recently regarding a leak, we sent a representative to inspect the situation. Our inspection found that the issue was isolated to the flat roof area. We provided a quote for the necessary work to resolve the issue. You mentioned that our representative told you it was an install. This is not accurate. We have no record or reason to suggest that it was an install faulty that was causing the leak. Our team explained replacing the flat roof area would be the the only way to fully identify and address the source of the leak. While we understand your frustration, it’s important to note that your original warranty has long expired, and we cannot offer free repair after 12 years. Despite this, we still offered to assist by providing a fair and detailed proposal. Unfortunately, the conversation took a negative turn when our owner was subjected to inappropriate language from Michael. Even so, we wish you and your family the best moving forward and hope you’re able to find a solution that meets your needs.

  Had an issue with these guys The kid that stopped by to try and get me going was super persistent, I finally gave in to get him to stop bugging me, once signed, he was no longer persistent I didn't want to move forward working with them, as I felt I was forgotten about They claim to have knocked, left cards, texted, none of it happened, especially since my Ring never showed them approaching the house. I tried to get them to sign off on the check since they filed as a public adjuster and first they didn't know what I was talking about, then they pushed to have me do the work I put all this in detail in a review, went back to them and the owner was mad about the review, yelled at me and threw me out the store So I deleted that review and posted a positive one, it didn't help. I reached out to my insurance agent who gave me a copy of my claim, since what they gave me was someone else's claim, there I found that the adjuster's fee was changed from 15% to 25%, since I wasn't given the original paperwork I don't know if it was before or after I signed. I was never given a quote for the work until AFTER the claim was filed. Being in the industry myself in the past, I should have known better. Anyway, long story short, I am still trying to settle this a year later, then today I find that they responded to my second positive review by giving all the details of my claim. That is a huge violation of my privacy rights Obviously conflict resolution is not their strong suit. I'm sorry I ever answered the door the first time these storm chasers stopped by.

  Once again James sorry for way your claim went but why continue to post lies about our company. James was fine until he recieved the first payment from the insurance. After the claim was approved James stopped answering calls and never answered the door when my salesman went out to his home. My salesman eventually met with James and he said he was going to hold off for a bit to save some money to get his roof done since he has a ACV policy and what the insurance gave him did not cover the cost to do his whole roof. That was the last time james had contacted us until he tried to cash the insurance check that was made payable to our company. So he could keep the money. Top Quality Roofing never did anything wrong to James we sent him documentation of everything he signed and also left him a proposal on how much the job would cost so he was never left out of the process. Long story short James just wanted to use Top Quality Roofing as a Lottery system for him to get money.

  They are nothing more then just storm chasers. drop off letter on your door claiming they have inspected your roof from the ground and can see hail Damage.

  We never inspect the roof from the ground, We are licensed public adjusters and will always go up on the roof to confirm if there is any hail damage. This requires a appointment made by the home owner.

  Bad experience, rude customer service, make sure you get a copy of your contract when you sign it, they will change things on it without you knowing and be charged for it, don't show them nothing the insurance shows you, horribly experience never again

  I found Philip on the Nextdoor website. He was very pleasant from the first contact on the phone. We were lucky that he was able to come right away on the same day. First we thought of starting off with a tarp only but he diagnosed our roof well and suggested immediate care at a reasonable price. He explained well so we understood the process to decide what needed to be done. Great work!

  I needed some siding replaced and I called a lot of Roofing & Siding business. I called many several times and never got a call back except when I called Top Quality. They called me back the same day and then came out to look at my siding and what needed to be replaced. They came out the next day with two exact new pieces of siding and replaced the ones that were damaged by hail. They did a TOP QUALITY job. I would recommend them for any kind of roofing and/or siding project. I had been referred to them by one of my neighbors and now I feel very comfortable refwerred them to others.

  Awesome experience. Work professionally performed by very courteous and knowledgeable individuals. They were able to locate the issue causing the leak and repair it. They repaired the siding and replaced the gutter, after discoving a hole behind the gutter caused by a previous contractor who did shoddy work. Would have no problem using their services again.

  Top Quality was very professional from beginning to end. We met with their adjusters and owners. Jeremy was our liaison. He was communicative and consistently followed up on all details of their work. He made sure all aspects were completed and followed up on all outstanding issues we had. The damaged roof was removed and the replacement roof installed by early afternoon. The gutters were installed in a few hours two days later. I would recommend Top Quality Roofing to all.

The second photo is what a siding job looks like in the middle of the day when the crew is deep into it. Old siding completely stripped, Tyvek house wrap covering the entire back wall, new panels and trim staged on the ground ready to go up, crew member on the scaffold working the upper section. It is a full job site and that is exactly what it should look like. That wrap layer going across the whole wall is not optional on a quality siding installation. It seals the exterior before the panels even go on and protects the wall from moisture that can work its way behind siding over time. Every window opening gets wrapped too before trim goes back on. The first photo is the same wall after everything was done. New blue-gray vinyl siding across every section, white trim throughout, gutters running clean along the roofline. The difference between the two photos is one day of work done right.
