  Ok they ghosted me 1st off. The guy came to look at my house let's me know the issue and options. I told him the one I wanted only to receive a 800 quote. That's fine let just replace one item. I was told I would still be charge a fee to get on the roof which is close to 400 base on tele quote. That's too much to change something that was originally 30 dollars from our conversation. Fast fwd to 3 other roofers later this company was trying to scam me by replacing things that don't need replacing and not even fixing the issue smh. Glad I had multiple quotes why do this to ppl. Still haven't heard from them.

In this case, your home is a two-story property with a steep roof, which does increase the cost due to the extra safety measures and specialized labor required.   We’re sorry to hear that you’re dissatisfied, but we’d like to provide some clarity for the sake of transparency. On April 25, 2025, we installed a temporary tarp on your roof to provide short-term protection. As a courtesy, we returned on May 5, 2025, to re-secure it after it was impacted by severe weather—at no cost to you. Please understand this tarp was never intended as a permanent solution. It is not designed to withstand prolonged exposure to storms or high winds like those we’ve recently experienced. Additionally, roof vents on your home required the tarp to be stretched over them, increasing the chance of wind lifting or tearing it loose. Each time we return to adjust or replace the tarp, it costs us both labor and materials. While we always stand behind our workmanship, this ongoing issue is due to weather conditions, not installation error. At this point, we cannot continue tarping the roof without a signed contract in place for further work. We have made every reasonable effort to assist, but we must also operate in a way that is sustainable and fair to both parties. We appreciate your understanding and are still open to resolving this directly if you wish to discuss it further.

  Could not have been a better experience. Their price was very reasonable. The Top Notch crew was incredible from the first phone call to the final clean up. They promptly responded every time I contacted them. They show up when they tell you they'll be there. They do everything in their power to stick to their estimate which is very difficult with roofing because noone knows what they'll find when they start stripping the old shingles off. They keep you informed throughout the entire process of poential issues. We absolutely love our roof. My only regret is that they only do roofing. Top Notch is an appropriate name because you get Top Notch service, Top Notch pricing and Top Notch craftsmanship. I highly recommend Top Notch for all of your roofing needs.

  Alan at Top Notch Roofing and his team did a great job repairing my roof. Alan was professional and communicated everything clearly and quickly. The job they did was excellent. They went above and beyond what was needed and can be relied on to make sure everything is taken care of!

After experiencing multiple hailstorms over the past nine years, I observed that some shingles on my roof were coming loose. Instead of engaging with out-of-state storm chasers who often target homeowners’ post-storm, I took the initiative to conduct comprehensive research and identified a reputable local roofing company for my roof replacement. I chose Top Notch Roofing based on their excellent reviews from previous clients and their positive rating with the Better Business Bureau. I am happy to report that they did an outstanding job replacing my hail-damaged roof. The project manager, Gilbert, was particularly impressive. He displayed extensive knowledge of the roofing process and took the time to educate me on that process, as well as maintaining clear communication throughout the project. His professionalism and patience in addressing all my inquiries were greatly appreciated.   Top Notch Roofing is an excellent choice for your roofing needs. They offer seamless coordination and scheduling. I recently had my solar panels removed for a new roof installation. On the day of the original installation, the weather forecast predicted rain, so they came out to double-check the roof after the solar panel removal. They discovered that my roof was susceptible to water damage and promptly tarped the affected area. They diligently monitored the weather and kept us informed whenever they could proceed with the installation. Two days later, they successfully installed the new roof. They provided an accurate estimate of completion, and their crew was exceptionally professional. They left no trace of their presence, cleaning up thoroughly. My family had positive interactions with Steven, Brandon, and the entire crew.

  Called about a repair. Roof leaking the lady on the phone was so professional and very pleasant. They came to the house found the problem and correct it .There name says it all Top Notch. Have already referred my neighbor to them. It is nice to know there is a business in our area that dose great work and not ripping you off. Gr8 experience !!!.

  After the recent hail storm we experienced in May, I've had several of the trolling companies come by to access the roof damage and offer quotes to fix the roof. Of course they all offered to get the work done in one day and said that their companies warranted all their work. After a lot of research on the type of of shingles I wanted, the various roofing companies and warranties offered, I decided to go with a local company, Top Notch Roofing in Harker Heights. Gilbert from Top Notch, came out to access the roof damage and answer any questions I had. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I was quite impressed with his knowledge of roofing and how thorough he was throughout the process. He literally walked me through each line of my insurance claim paperwork and explained in detail what the insurance company covered and what wasn't. This is one thing I couldn't get the reps from the trolling roofing companies to sit down and do. They did go over my claims paperwork and said they could fix everything and install whatever type shingle I wanted for no extra cost to me. I had to throw up the "BS" flag on that because I wanted a higher grade shingle and I knew the cost is substantially greater. Top Notch also also used their qualified roofers and coordinated with local companies here to fix my gutters, screens and doors that were damaged during the storm. During the roof installation which took two days, Gilbert or another company rep was always on site to address any issues that may come up and insure the work was being done properly. I really appreciate Top Notch Roofing"s transparency and honesty. They did a wonderful job on my roof and it looks fantastic. I would definitely call them again if I needed work on my roof.

  Our house took a beating after the 2024 hail storm. I called Top Notch and Brian came out within 24 hours and explained the damage and what it would take to get everything fixed. We were updated throughout the whole process and what I thought would be a stressful process turned out to be a simple and stress-free process. DeeDee in their office is phenomenal at taking our calls and answering additional questions and provided outstanding customer service.
