  Update as of 29th of April clearly you haven't addressed anything same truck speeding down my street Windows open music blaring. They don't live on Omar osman medina or anywhere in this area and are definitely not roofing at 9:45pm. I hope you don't investigate your roofs this poorly.

  Our recent experience with having our roof replaced at our current residence left much to be desired in terms of professionalism. The roofers arrived promptly at 8 am, as scheduled, and moved our vehicles as requested. However, by around 12 pm, all access areas to leave our house were blocked with roofing debris, including nails and torn-off shingles. This created a safety hazard, especially with young children in the house. We were unable to walk out the front door or open the garage doors without encountering sharp nails and shingles everywhere. When we checked back around 9 pm, the roofers were still on site, packing up and leaving trash scattered everywhere. Some were even lounging in the grass while others were in the process of packing up equipment. We asked if they planned to clean up the trash and nails before leaving, to which they responded that they would do it the next day when they were finished. We insisted that they pick up the leftover items in the backyard due to our animals and the risk of injury. The roofers half-heartedly attempted to clean up but ultimately did not complete the task, leaving us disappointed. We called the number on the sign to request that someone come to pick up the trash, but it took nearly 20 minutes for another gentleman to arrive. He seemed unaware of the situation and initially attempted to back his truck into our driveway, to pick up trailer only to be halted and told to leave the trailer there. After a brief clean-up effort, he left, promising that the crew would return the next day to finish the job. However, upon inspection, we found that nothing had changed. Additionally, the dumpster trailer was left parked in front of our garage overnight, blocking our access. The roofers returned at 7 am the next morning without informing us, and we only realized they were there when we heard noise on the roof. After about 3 hours, they completed their work without notifying us, and the mess remained untouched. We called the n

  They obviously can't read. I have a no solicitation sign right next to my doorbell and they rang the doorbell to sell me something. It's obvious they have no respect for people's requests. I have to believe this disrespect is part of their ethics. When I didn't open the door they dropped a card on my door frame as though to say, screw you I'm going to do what I want. Not only will I not use this business but I'll spread word of their blatant disrespect to our community. Months later they TAPE their card to my door! Seems like they still haven't learned to read.

  I had a great experience with Frank from Denali Roofing. I noticed a few missing and loose shingles on my roof, and Frank was able to come out for an inspection and repair everything on the same day. He was friendly, professional, and very efficient. The entire process was quick, straightforward, and stress-free.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but Denali Roofing has been exceptional to work with. Everything from the start to the end was such an easy process, that we thought would take longer. The highest level of professionalism we’ve experienced from any company we have worked with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs/wants any type of home improvement!   Our experience with Denali Roofing was nothing short of exceptional. We reached out for advice on hail damage to our roof and gutters, and from the onset, Tirso was extremely helpful. We were planning to file a claim through our insurance company, and Tirso explained the whole process to us, so we went into the process eyes open. Once the claim was accepted, Tirso came right out and walked us through the whole roof replacement process. Once shingle color, attic ventilation type, and code-required repairs (missing chimney cricket) were agreed upon, a start date was set within the same week. On our appointed day, Denali’s roofing technicians show up first thing. The technicians were extremely professional, getting right to work, mindfully pulling all our possessions away from our house and laying tarps. Within no time, we had a completely replaced roof, chimney cricket, solar attic ventilation, and old gutters removed, awaiting installation of the new. The roof technicians thoroughly cleaned and replaced everything they moved as if they were never there. As far as the finished product, the roof looks amazing. My wife even told Tirso she could hug him; she was so happy with their workmanship. After previous roof replacements, Denali Roofing enlightened us to what a roof replacement experience should be. We highly recommend Denali Roofing to anyone looking for a professional roofing company that's going to make the whole experience very pleasant. The added photos were compliments of Denali Roofing, keeping us updated in real time on the whole process.

  Denali roofing is honestly the best! They helped me with everything I asked for help with. I asked them to be here in person for the inspection with the insurance adjuster, they were here without hesitation. I know that they're always just a text or a phone call away and, that they'll always do their best to answer my questions or address any concerns. They helped even more when my insurance was being a tad bit difficult. Once the work was approved, they were ready to go and they were on it. Made sure I had time to research products, colors, you name it. No high pressure tactics from Denali Roofing!! I know because they've done work for me once before, years ago, when they replaced my leaking skylight. Now about the job itself... they arrived promptly on time to begin work & had enough amazing workers to make the job quick & efficient without sacrificing quality. They used the higher class 4 shingles that I wanted and it's backed by a nice long warranty by themselves & Malarkey (shingle company). They made sure to update me with real time photos of my roof via drone camera & that really amazed me, I could see everything in such incredible detail!! Once they got to work tearing up the old shingles they found more shingles underneath and 3 layers of the felt paper!!! What a mess. Denali Roofing fixed it all in no time, even though it was unexpected extra work, they didn't complain. They went the extra mile & truly surprised me when they even replaced the roof on my mailbox, so it would match the house again!! That made my heart happy. They cleaned my yard up really well after the job was done. My entire roof, on our almost 2400 sq ft. Home, was done in one day! Amazing work, the quality is superb. Oh, I had one tiny leak dripping from my range hood, not from the shingles but the vent itself, he climbed up there in a rainstorm and sealed it for me.
