  If you want to chase after a company when they promise to actually schedule an estimate, actually get the estimate, actually schedule the work, and then actually do all the requested work, then this is the company for you. Every time I was told I would be contacted, I got nothing. Days later I would call and ask about the specific event and only then was I contacted about the specific event. Make sure you get an EXTREMELY detailed and specific estimate... when they use plurals... they may mean just one. I asked for all the gutters to be checked and re-leveled, if necessary, due to the foundation being re-leveled and indications that the gutters were not draining properly. I pointed out the worst area and walked around the house pointing at all the gutters. Estimate stated 'level gutters and reseal miters'. Unfortunately, only the worst area was looked at and fixed, a 12 foot run of gutter. I'm not sure why anyone would think the re-levelling of a house would only affect 12 feet of gutter. The "sorry " I received when I called about the issue did nothing to help fix the issue. The company did install a new downspout as requested in the initial meeting, and that work was done to expectations. Hopefully, the next rain will demonstrate the one fixed gutter is working well again. Unfortunately, I'll need to find another contractor to finish the rest of the job. Besides the new downspout, the only other good thing that came out of this experience is the hard lesson I learned about contractors.

  Scheduled roofing job without knowledge. Provided old w-9 for insurance. Misquoted and inflated roofing quote after insurance review. Shutters and gutters, not replaced. Fence not painted, other outside areas included in estimate not replace. Bricks in back yard moved and trampled, they did not put them back. Poor communication and blamed lack of completion on subcontractors and multiple family emergencies. I Started with Chris, I was then pawned off to Cory. Marie in the office made excuses on being backed up. If I could leave a 0 stars I would. Horrible experience caused extreme mental stressed. Their failure to confirm and schedule repair date while having random workers knock on my door dropped off a huge pallet and bullied me into moving forward. I have emails and text messages as proof.

  Would give zero stars if I could. Wasted my time 2 years in a row. First time didn't even show up until weeks later. 2nd time they did come when they said they would I'll give them that. But never even gave me a quote, even after I told them I never got one. Don't bother with these guys they're not professional. Probably only looking to do a complete roof swap and nothing less is my guess. Gave them a try 2 times now so this is not based on just one interaction.

  So I called R&R to get an estimate to repair storm damage on my roof. They gave me an appointment time and date and were 2!hours late. When they arrived one gentleman was very polite and professional, the other one not so much. He asked what estimate my adjuster gave me and I explained to him that the amount my adjuster gave was for more than just roof damages . Then he asked me if I had a mortgage on my home,I asked him what bearing that had on my roof damage and I told him it was none of his business. These people showed up right away asking questions that made me highly suspicious of their business practices. The two previous contractors that came to my home didn’t ask these questions. My assessment of R&R is that they’re very unscrupulous to say the least, they come at you right away wanting to get into your pocket.

  Thanks for dropping roof shingles on my motorcycle and telling me to deal with it. Yes sir, I agree, integrity is very important. The drive way is defined as the parking area in front of the home. Not the side of the house. I complied with moving all my vehicles out of.he driveway the day your employees arrived to work on the home. And yes I said something to the effect of ," dam I should of moved it. The same way people say. I should of never did that, or went there. After I realized the damage was done. As for the paint transfer. I haven't dropped roof shingles on enough things to know what it would look like. The day in question, it was cold and the bike had been parked there until the weather warmed up. Two days after the service was complete I rode to work and realized it after it was parked in the sunlight where I could see. If a month or even a week had gone by they it would be reasonable to believe that it wasn't caused by employees. I tried to be as professional as I possibly could about the situation and called your office 4 times in 3 weeks before I got a response. I think it incredibly unprofessional that I had to get a response from the owner through a Google Ad review. If that is your decision sir. Then so be it. It's not worth the time, money or effort. Know going forward I will not recommend your business to anyone or use it if I ever own my own home.

  Had setup an appointment with R & R Roofing to replace a few missing shingles , the next week high winds came and the replaced shingles and a couple more were now missing. (Questioning quality of workmanship) Secondly, the customer service of this company is horrible, I had to initiate each call to them to see when someone was coming out and when I called the second time to have the shingles replaced again, no one ever returned my call. Don’t take for granted customers coming to your company looking for your service because there maybe a time you have to knock on doors looking for work.

  After four different appointments, half of which were no call no show, I received a quote that did not cover all of the repairs needed. When I contacted R&R I was told that the vents were not in need of repair. You can clearly see the two on the left are damaged. This damage allowed rain to come into the attic. USAA advised me to find another contractor and I couldn't agree more.

  R&R Roofing did an awesome job on my roof. Clayton was very friendly and professional in explaining how the work was going to be done. He gave myself and my wife a tour of the facility where all materials came from. The whole staff made us feel welcomed. Overall great people and excellent service.

  We had a great experience with R & R Roofing! Jeremy came out very quickly and performed an extremely thorough inspection of our roof. He took the time to look everything over carefully, answer our questions, and explain what he found. Jeremy was professional, friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable.   Clay was great! There were two places on my roof that I was concerned about. He climbed up on the roof to inspect those areas and found there were no problems & everything was properly sealed.
