They came out for a roof inspection and didn't even walk the roof. They used a drone and said there was a bunch of stuff wrong with it when if they walked the roof they would have seen that theirs claims weren't accurate. They are just after money and not actually helping the customer.

Jason, we are sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience with our company. It is our standard to physically get on the roof whenever possible; however in reality it’s not always feasible. Our recommendation for repair was … More

I would not recommend this company. We have called and emailed the agent and owner several times in attempts to obtain a receipt for work completed on our rental property almost 10 months ago. I was able to get in touch with the owner once via phone and was told to contact the agent. Since then, we have made multiple attempts at contacting the agent and have not received a response other than we “will be contacted”, after several attempts. My spouse has also contacted both the owner and agent via email/phone to no avail. To add to it, I was having to contact the agent on several occasions to get the repair going on a leaking roof. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service/professionalism we have experienced, and although the company came recommended, I beg to differ.

We are exceptionally pleased with ROAM Roof and Solar! From start to finish, their service was professional, responsive, and efficient. John came out within the week, assessed our project, and provided us with three options and clear pricing, giving us time to make the best decision. The materials arrived the day before installation. On the day of the carport roofing installation, an unexpected issue arose with the roofing. John was on-site within minutes, and the necessary corrections were promptly made, keeping the project on track. The crew did an excellent job and left the area completely clean, sweeping up all debris when they finished. We truly appreciate the quality of their work and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend ROAM Roof and Solar—this was a job well done!

Outstanding experience with the Roam team! Needed hail damage repaired after home inspection and Jonathan and the team responded right away, inspecting it the same day. With under a month to closing, Roam finished a full roof replacement before the sale with high quality workmanship. The team was transparent and honest with options and costs the whole time and worked with insurance to advocate for a fair replacement quote. I would use Roam again in a heartbeat!

I've worked with Roam Roof & Solar twice now, most recently for a full roof replacement, and they've been outstanding both times. Their initial inspection included a detailed report with photos clearly explaining the issues with my roof, and their estimate was fair and competitive compared to other companies I had quote the job. The installation went smoothly from start to finish, and they provided a thorough final inspection report confirming everything met manufacturer specifications. I had a ton of questions throughout, and they were always quick to respond, patient, and happy to explain things without ever making me feel like a burden. I highly recommend Roam Roof & Solar to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, dependable roofing company. If I need roofing work again, they're my first call.

They did a wonderful job inspecting the damage done to my roof, gave me options and took me through the possible ways to fix my problem. Very nice and thorough and walked me through all the steps they would be taking to do the inspection. Fabulous communication! Cannot recommend them enough! If you need a quote I recommend them and ask for Nathan!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with Roof Company and Construction. Although I initially contacted them for a roofing quote, I was truly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of their roofing consultant, Harry. Harry went above and beyond what I expected. He took the time to thoroughly assess our situation, explain everything clearly, and provide honest, accurate information. Instead of simply focusing on making a sale, he genuinely cared about helping us find the best solution for our home. Thanks to his expertise and guidance, we were able to implement a temporary fix until we are ready to replace the roof. In today's world, it's rare to find someone who truly cares about people as much as the business itself. Harry's patience, integrity, and willingness to help made a lasting impression on us. Roof Company and Construction is fortunate to have someone like him representing their team. Thank you, Harry, for your kindness and outstanding service. We look forward to working with your company in the near future and will gladly recommend your services to others. Highly recommended! Katherine Cortavarria
