Called to see about someone to come out and do repair after hot water heater blew up. He asked me to explain what needed to be done then stated "doesn't sound like something I want to do and I am pretty backed up."

I’m sorry if you weren’t pleased with our conversation about your job. I’m not able to take on interior repairs at this time due to heavy workload. I was asking questions to see if it was something I could fit in to schedule. My apologies for not being able to meet your needs and any inconvenience.

Came and did a wonderful job and fixed things that we didn't even know was a problem. Should we have anymore roofing issues we will be calling again and we will recommend DC Roofing to our friends!

Mr. Don just repaired our privacy fence in our backyard that had damage from wind. He was very responsive, quick turnaround, and did great work. Greatly appreciated as this was a big stressor for us!

After a wind gust blew a few shingles off I was able to have DC Roofing out the next day and repair completed. I felt the work was good and honest about what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I would hire this company again.

This is the second time we had DC Roofing & Home Repair come help us with our roof. Don is amazing and quick to get back to us and help fix our older roof. Due to tight on expenses and high deductible a new roof just has not been in budget for us after the tornado in 2024. Don first helped us with replacing a lot of shingles after the tornado. We recently just had him come over again to fix other roofing issues that came up after the most recent wind storm! We HIGHLY recommend DC for everyone especially families that are tight on a budget that can’t afford a whole new roof at the time. Our roof looks great after each update done by Don by DC Roofing and Home repair.
