After a roof leak, we went through our insurance to have damages repaired. We opted to pay for an upgrade to metal, as our roof needed replacing. Top metal roof workers arrived on time each day, worked quietly (as possible), and caused minimal disruption to our life. They kept the site clean, were polite, and the results were beautiful! Our house looks phenomenal, and neighbours are already considering their upgrades too. Also, we do not hear rain more now, if that’s a concern to anyone.

Thanks for the review Naren! I haven't forgotten about that addition that you built. Closer to October, when work slows down a bit, I'll come put a metal roof on it too as you wanted.

Top Metal Roofs recently did our roof and it looks fantastic. Tony was a pleasure to deal with and kept me in the loop each step of the way. The guys that worked on our roof were friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently while prioritizing quality. The roof looks amazing and we're so glad we did this. Great price!. I would highly recommend Top Metal Roofs to my family and friends. Suzanne

We had metal roofs installed which looked fine expect that the finishing around one of our skylights was pretty shoddy. They originally claimed they could fix it, but in the end they did not. They did, however, provide a $400 discount for that poor workmanship. They are now no longer responding to my calls or texts now that I am asking for the invoice which confirms that I have paid in full for the completed job. Update: John reached out and provided my invoice.

Hi Patrick, As I explained, my salespeople were supposed to acknowledge your payment by signing the original agreement and writing PAID IN FULL. Since your agreement was a digital version, the salesperson failed to physically come back to your house and sign the paper. He left it to the office to handle it. Untill today, I wasn't notified about you not getting the receipt of the payment. As you already know, I emailed you the receipt right away. As for the skylight, we can definitely make it look better if you decide to go ahead and replace the old skylight with a new one. Your old skylight is the type dedicated for shingle roof not for metal roof. It's hard to do a perfect job recycling it. Thank you for your business. Regards, John

11 months ago we had our shingle roof replaced with a metal one. Couldn't be happier with our choice. Although we had some initial issues with the finishing edges, John came and corrected some mistakes made by his guys. He didn't quit till we were satisfied. I highly recommend John and his company ( although I never did receive the invoice and warranty in the mail yet )

Hi Julie De Rossi, I'm glad you are another satisfied customer. As I was telling you before, the best warranty is quality materials and quality installation from a company that cares about its reputation. You got all those. As for the paperwork, I apologize it slipped my mind. I will bring it as soon as I have some free time. Probably in winter :)) Regards, John
