  They came to do the roof at our neighbor's house, and not only did they decide to put some of their equipment on our front property and take the liberty of coming into our yard to set up ladders without even knocking on our door for permission, but they also left our front gate wide open, and because of that, our dog ran away! We looked for him for 30 minutes!

  Mathieu was a good talker but an incompetent worker , he did my roof and it leaked at three places . Couldn't get in touch with him and had to hire an other roofer to fix Mathieu's bad work.Poor work wouldn't recommend TOP COUVREURS.

  Notice to the public*** Mr. Mancini, your roof is properly installed, and you are well aware of the cause of your problems. As discussed with you, and with 32 photos and videos demonstrating this, your attic lacks insulation in several areas and has numerous other defects, resulting in excessive condensation. This is how your ice dams are forming. In my entire career as a roofer, I have never seen such a poorly insulated and makeshift attic. You know that your attic needs to be redone and properly insulated, which is not within our scope of work. I therefore request that you retract your quote, otherwise we will initiate legal proceedings for damage to our reputation.

  Very pleasant to talk to and good price. The after-sales service is nonexistent and they tend to find excuses to avoid fixing a shoddy job. Never again. Avoid at all costs.
