  Water is already coming in this first winter, whereas my old roof didn't leak at all! I'm told to manage the ice on the roof by installing heating wires in preparation for the coming winter, but there are loads of exposed nails on a brand new roof that cost a small fortune—that's not normal! I urge you to keep your eyes peeled and inspect your roof!

  I'm not a customer directly, but rather the neighbor of a customer. My comment has nothing to do with the quality of their work. They seem quite efficient. However, some, if not an entire team member, don't seem to care about the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. I understand they're at work and need to communicate, but shouting obscenities and singing at the top of their lungs at 6:30 in the morning seems like a blatant lack of consideration for both the customer and the neighbors. Think about it.

  They came to do my neighbors' roof; they didn't even ask to move my vehicle (the tarp was practically stuck to my car). I had to remove several nails in my driveway (several could have punctured my tires) and several pieces of shingles. Very disrespectful of them.

  Not respectful of the neighborhood, starting at 6:45 a.m. on a Saturday morning making a lot of noise (the regulation is 9:00 a.m. on Saturday), compressor placed on the lawn and stuck on the neighbor's bedroom window.

  Replacing the roof shingles on a rainy day...They did the small porch roof at entrance, left the shingle packs on the owner's roof and left :))) Guys, you can google the weather for the following day, you know...Oh, and tell the guy with a white shirt to stop screaming in the middle of the road (completely not related to their work): there is enough noise already. There are plenty of forests in Mont Tremblant where one can scream or yell if he feels like it.

  I had my roof done this summer, but I had a price revision and a leak. They came back several times to fix the problem. I'm not sure the repairs will last. I don't have the peace of mind that it's fixed permanently.

  A huge thank you to the entire Reno Toit team! They were true guardian angels for my parents during a real emergency. Seeing the critical situation, they prioritized the roof repairs to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Martin, Jonathan, Eric, and the whole team are exceptionally professional: polite, passionate, efficient, reliable, and with impeccable attention to detail. But beyond their high level of technical expertise, it's their humanity and kindness that deeply touched us. They truly work with heart, taking the time to explain, listen, and reassure. Thanks to them, my parents finally have peace of mind and can sleep soundly. It was a real pleasure to work with such kind and approachable people. You can trust them completely!
