  I do not recommend them. Their guys harassed me on the road, a white box with lettering. They followed me all the way to Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines and kept tailgating my pickup truck, trying to get my attention.

  Corrections need to be made to the roof following the work, but the contractor is not providing any updates. He asks for information to be sent by email but doesn't reply. Puddles of water are accumulating on the roof due to an improper slope, which is not up to code.

  Be careful! Once installed, if there are any adjustments to be made, good luck. No call back.

  Do not use this company! They did such a horrible job to my roof that I noticed 2 years after the work was done that I had bubbles and round circles appearing in my living room. I called the company and was told someone would be coming to my home that Monday, they never came so I called back and still a no show on the third call the lady was surprised that the guy didn't come as he wrote that he did on the fourth call I told her I was worried because we had heavy rain that it would start to leak well the very next day the guy showed up He never went to my roof to check. He came in and declared it was an attic problem and went into the top of my attic took a bunch of photos in the dark he did not walk around my attic he declared my attic filled with mold and he's never seen such a site came and sat with me all sympathetic being very kind saying the job is 24.000 but in 10 mins changed it to 17.000 the took photos of my ceiling and cut off a piece to apparently run it to a lab. He then kept sending me at night emails in a passive aggressive manner that I need to get this done right away. On advice from my children I called in another company who went on the roof to see it was a faulty job by this company and it caused a tiny bit of mold two companies came in to fix the faulty job of this company. Both companies together cost under 10.000 I have a warranty with this company but I chose to get their faulty job fixed by another because they are horrible and try to take advantage of people. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

  Long story short, they somehow messed up our skylight flashing/caulking and now there's a leak whenever we have strong rain from the west. They tried to say it's our skylight that's defective, which had been PERFECT before the roof job, suggested we should replace the skylight (but that size and shape are no longer manufactured). There's been no repair in the 4 years since the botched job and the company doesn't respond to our calls any more. By the way, our roof was perfectly fine before as well, for over 30 years, but we wanted to avoid potential future problems so we changed it. Bad decision.

  We were not told that they subcontract the work and only discovered this the morning the team arrived. There was sadly a lack of follow through on verbal agreements made. It all seemed very positive in the beginning. But the confusion that arose due to the lack of transparency and follow through cost us money.

  Mr Alain Gibeault never resolved the roof problem and we are still in court about the roof and its transferable warranty.

We have checked and then we have not received any email or phone call from you regarding this problem. We have never heard of your file or problem concerning your roof.   My roof was done 10 years ago this year just before the labour warranty was up my roof developed a couple of leaks ceiling was damaged.placed numerous calls finally someone came to look at the roof that was in February they said they would come back in the spring to repair.Again after numerous calls someone came to repair the leak then it rained and there was a few spots with small leak repaired again a couple months later another leak emailed them no response.I am so disappointed with this company and the workmanship it’s not normal after ten years to have this many problems.So if you need your roof replaced find another company or you will regret it later.right now I have to replace my roof because I can’t deal with the stress anymore every time it rains.Hi this is a follow up on my first review .Good morning Marc I guess you have no intention on fixing my roof.I have spent 5000 dollars on insulation on your company’s recommendation and I still have a leaking roof.I have sent numerous emails and you never answer back I thought this was a good company but since February I have had to fight to get my roof fixed not what I expected from this company.Anyway I know you won’t respond to this email either. It’s too bad I can’t give you a minus 5 star.I can’t stress the fact if you’re in need of a new roof please stay away from this company if I can save at least one person from the aggravations they put me through I can say I helped someone.   After receiving nine quotes, and after numerous inquiries and checks with various roofing companies, I chose Toitures Président, and we are very satisfied with the service and the result. Maxime was very accommodating throughout the entire process. The team arrived on time and within the agreed timeframe, and promptly addressed our concerns along the way. They left the site in better condition than before they arrived. Thank you to Maxime and the entire team, who worked hard (in the intense heat and on a steeply pitched roof) and with professionalism!
