  After work was done at our neighbor's house, I'm very disappointed with the debris cleanup. Actually, the complete lack of cleanup. The street, sidewalks, and cars were covered in debris (nails, wood, pieces of asphalt from the roof). Clearly, their team doesn't know what a broom is. They cleaned their roof at the end of the job with a leaf blower and just blew the debris onto the adjacent buildings and street. Pretty unprofessional. We even have heated asphalt debris on our balcony that has fused with our wood. I just can't believe it. A big fat zero for the completion of your work, clearly rushed to finish your Friday. You should change your company name because "Prestige" is definitely not appropriate. ***We won't even mention your employees' shouting and the music blaring as if they were the only ones in the world.*** Working in construction doesn't excuse a lack of civility.

  I hired you for my roof two years ago... I had a fire in my house! While dismantling the roof, there were STILL some incredibly rotten wooden boards that were decomposing, and you supposedly replaced all the ones that didn't pass the hammer test, and I paid for it... WOW! My contractor can't believe your work

  Many problems during my interaction with this company and they should be expecting this review. Firstly, their estimator (Vincent) does not know how to do his job. He claims not to be a magician but one does not have to be a magician to quote a job as simple as roof installation. Between his first and second visit, the quoted price increases by 600$ only because he forgot to include the separator between my and neighbor's roof. On the day of the job, he needs another 400$ extra because his team found double shingles on some parts of the roof. I mean I thought you came to quote the job. Secondly, I was given false promises that the job would take place in the first week of October 2020 to get me to sign the quote . Once the first week of October arrived, the owner of the company (Brigitte) affirms that there is no such note on the quotation and the job could only take place in the final week of October 2020. That made me realize how word of mouth is not a thing anymore with such companies. Thirdly, I was explained the process of the job as such that once the roof is installed, an inspector from prestige will come after 2 weeks and inspect if the work was done properly and also install the flashing on the overhang at my entrance. I was so sure about this info since it was confirmed by the estimator, the owner, the roofer team, and even by the guy who came to collect the payment 2 days after the installation, . But when I called them after 2 weeks, I was told that it was optional (only prestige decides if they need to do it). In short, I am left with a work which is incomplete even after paying 6000$ for a roof installation on a semi-detached unit. I mean they left the flashings at my house but it was not in their scope of work to install it. I hope I wont jinx it but my only good take away from this whole thing is the team who actually did the work. or at least I tend to believe that they did a good job so far but who knows though. Only time will tell!

  Excellent service received during the estimate. Simon Charette did an exemplary job: presentation, explanations of his estimate, thorough inspection of both exterior and interior, his calm demeanor, confidence, and availability convinced us. So, it's signed, and my roof will be Prestige... Thank you, Simon, and best of luck with your work, my friend... P.S. It wasn't the price that convinced us, it was the quality of work done by Simon that convinced us... then the good price came along 😉
