  Very disappointed with their response. They did a bad job on a section of my roof a few years ago and want me to pay for a repair that shouldn't have been done, which caused a water leak, and on top of that they are more expensive than other competitors. I'm being generous by giving them one star.

  Hello Sir, At first glance, there was no indication that this section of the roof was defective. The work in question is over 12 years old and is therefore no longer covered by the warranty. If it had been defective, a leak would likely have appeared within the first few years after installation. Upon receiving your call, we came out promptly and offered to investigate and then repair the problem, if necessary, charging only our actual costs, with no markup. We felt this approach was a fair and honest solution, given the age of the work and the lack of a warranty. Furthermore, the price quoted was for budgetary purposes only. We clearly stated that it could be adjusted downward depending on the actual scope of the work, with the aim of resolving the situation and providing you with the best possible service. Unfortunately, we were unable to do so. We remain available to discuss this further with you should you wish.

  Disappointing... The employees didn't clean up the work site, leaving the co-owners to clean everything up themselves: * pieces of aluminum * pieces of metal * old pieces of caulking etc... * They didn't put the co-owners' belongings back in their original condition. They could have repaired a hole (missing cement) in one of the facades, which was very obvious while they were working... but apparently it wasn't big enough... they came back to fix it after being notified...

  Personally I did hire the company but I live in the building they’re working on and they have been the absolute worst! They start making noise early in the morning with no regard to anyone else. They have also taken over 10 spots in the building parking to put their equipment for the day(which is fine) and proceed to put cones on the spots overnight so they cannot be used. On top of taking up all these spots, they have also placed no parking signs all over the public street overnight so that their vehicles have room in morning. Leaving the people who live here with nowhere to park. They also make messes everywhere and their equipment leak a lot causing lots of dust, dirt and Tar in the air and on personal balconies. I would not recommend this company simply because they have no regard for anyone but themselves.

  Exceptionally unprofessional and rude. This company showed up at the worksite at 6:15 AM and began to wake up the entire street even though city Bylaws only allow work after 7:00 AM. They were fined by public enforcement officers and forced to stop work. At 7 AM they restarted their work but purposely played the radio at maximum volume and began yelling instead of using radios. They are obviously juvenile and unprofessional, save yourself the headache and use a reputable company who value their reputation.

  Almost $1000 to have four tubes of sealant applied to a small leak! The work took barely 30 minutes... The bill was reduced to $800 after a complaint... But still! Professional work, although it was just the application of four tubes of sealant... The response time was quick, though... But at that price, for a roof renovation or a simple repair... I advise you to shop around... There are certainly cheaper options!

  Toitures PME responded our request very quickly. They helped us to deblock the frozen drainage pipe even in the evening outside normal work hours. They also replaced two roof top drains on a very cold day, near minus 15 degree. We appreciate very much their excellent professionalism, and quick response to customer needs.
