Your people ignore no soliciting signs. I called to let you guys know 6:44pm Wednesday and you guys hung up on me. Not happy, please leave houses that have “ no soliciting” sign alone. It seems like we’ve been harassed since we had hail over a week ago. Please talk to your door knockers about respecting people’s homes.

Out knocking on doors at 8:00 at night right after a thunderstorm. An hour and a half from Rockford. This is a bad look. Storm chasing contractors like this tells me not to trust their work. They're gonna take shortcuts.

We apologize if the timing was inconvenient. Our team was in the area assisting other clients who had contacted us with concerns after the hail. After severe weather, we take our responsibility very seriously and want to make sure our clients are being taken care of. We encourage anyone to review our other customer feedback to learn more about the work we do and the communities we serve.

They replaced the siding, and did an above average job. They also replaced the gutters and downspouts and did a below average job and won't respond to requests to remedy. 8/1 update - they have responded and are addressing the issues.

  Reply from the business

Dear Bob, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you found our siding replacement above average. We apologize for any issues with the gutter and downspout replacement. We are actively working to resolve the issues. Please expect a member of our team to reach out or feel free to contact our office directly.
