  Don't pay them to be the middleman. Said they have their own crew, but that's not true crew that did the job gave me their business card and said they were contracted out by Bufalo. Not happy with new roof, then they sent a different contracted crew, Who had to have an Interpreter that wasn't a roofer and they lied about the job that had been done. Contacted Bufalo again and their said they dont think the person didnt mean to lie. (But it was a lie) Not good stay away

  Bufalo Contracting has completed several projects for us in the past. The last project was a new roof which was installed in May of 2019. NEVER AGAIN!!! Daman and his crew just left and said everything was done. Lawn furniture still sitting out in middle of yard, which they put there. Front porch furniture scattered all over front porch. Halloween decorations thrown in flowerbed which they put there. Then the real kicker. Satellite dish pulled off and thrown into flower bed. Daman tells me he is not responsible for putting dishes back up. He never told us that and it does not say that in their contract. Damon insists he told us. I will never recommend them to anyone. Update 10/10/2023 I received a call from Andy Bufalo the owner of the company. After a long conversation, I completely understand that the confusion was on their part and he apologized for the inconvenience. He explained what he was doing on his side to make sure other persons do not have the same issues that I had. This is why I have used them in the past, they take ownership of their work and their problems. I'm glad he called because it reaffirmed why I use Bufalo in the first place. Thanks for the call and I will recommend them and use them in the future.

  Requested an estimate for a quote for siding, two windows, gutters etc. Rich came out within the week to give me an estimate. I was looking forward to getting the estimate because he seemed like he knew what he was talking about. Waited about two weeks before I reached out again and text him asking how the estimate was going. Crickets. Gave it another week and called the Bufalo office directly and the office girl said she would reach out to Rich and see how it was going. Haven't heard anything. If you don't want to do the job, why don't these companies just say it instead of ghosting? So frustrated.

  Rob came over promptly to give quote on roof repair. His sales pitch included wanting to replace the entire roof due to hail damage. The insurance company sent their inspector who did not agree with his assessment. Rob put on a temporary patch over hole in roof. Since it was a small job it was delayed for several weeks which was okay due to patch protecting area from rain. Took some time to get a date to when work would begin and randomly Rob messaged they would be over to fix roof. Roof was repaired but some of the flashing was left untouched/damaged. See photo provided. After calling Rob the following week, he stated he would be over to give invoice and go over everything. He no showed and didn't call to reschedule. Left several voicemails on Rob's cell phone over the next two weeks with no response. Called the office the following week, stated he hadn't completed the invoice yet even though it had been at least a month since completion and they would have him call later that day. No call. Called office again the next day and he finally called back later that day to schedule coming by with invoice and checking roof repair. When confronted about the flashing that was left untouched/ damaged was told it was cosmetic and we can fix it ourselves. This was a bit surprising. See photo provided. Also brought up lack of communication and no show/no call- all he could say was sorry but your roof doesn't leak right and we did a good job right. If you have a small roof job I would recommend going elsewhere. Didn't have a good experience.

  Bufalo Contracting did a great job replacing our house and garage roofs. Eddie walked us through every step, our neighbors really appreciated him talking to them to let them know the work was going on and they’d be respectful of the area, and all of the workers were very polite. They all did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. I highly recommend Bufalo!

  We worked with Eddie D., who took care of EVERYTHING for us! He went the extra mile for us with the insurance company and made sure that all damage, even cosmetic damage, was taken care of promptly. Our roof was replaced in one day, even though it was a big roof. Eddie’s crew did the repairs expertly, even removing our solar panels to replace our metal barn roof, and then replacing the solar without a hitch! If you ever need roofing, siding or gutters done and you want it done right and right away, call Eddie at Bufalo! You. Can rest easy knowing it’ll be done right!

  We had a great experience with Bufalo after the storm came through and damaged our roof. Brandon Jones was awesome to work with. He made the whole process so much easier, especially when our insurance company kept giving us headaches. He was always quick to answer questions, kept us updated, and helped make sure everything got taken care of. One thing that really stood out was how fast they got us scheduled. We were one of the first houses on our block to have our roof replaced after the storm, which was a huge relief. Because they were so great we are going through them for our siding as well! The crew did a great job, cleaned up well, and the whole experience was way less stressful than we expected. If you need a roofing company that takes care of its customers, I’d definitely recommend Bufalo. Thanks again to Brandon and the team!
