  Had an inspection done before buying a house to confirm roof was in good condition. Was assured that it was and that it wasn’t worth getting an adjuster from insurance out. Less than a year later had 2 leaks. Andrew advised a full roof replacement for $14k was warranted.

  Buyer beware. Promised to be zero cost which ended up not being true. Get EVERYTHING in writing prior to work starting, including an estimate. Especially an estimate. Shame on us for believing in what we were told. Also promised to do a small side job. Never happened. Was told "didn't want to do it."

  We had a horrible experience. The roof was taken off right before a downpour. I didn’t expect for anyone to control the weather, but when they came that morning, I trusted that they knew what they were doing. Even as the water was pouring in, there didn’t seem to be any major concern or worry from the crew to get tarps up. I tried to get their attention, but unfortunately there was a language barrier. Smoke detectors went off as water poured into our light fixtures. Accidents happen, but the response was worse. We were assured that everything would be taken care of, but there was little follow through. The owner hesitated at every step, and while he said he wanted to make it right, the inaction spoke for itself. We had to stay in hotels, board our dog, beg people to take in our cats, and live out of our suitcase while water remediation and repairs took place.

  I'm sorry that you feel more should have been done to fix the damage from an unplanned rainstorm. We have tried to call you for over a year and you have not returned any phone calls or emails. Your house was not only repaired from the damage, but we paid out of our pocket for things the insurance company said were way over and above our obligations. That would include multiple dinners out at top rated restaurants.

  I contacted Castle Contracting to install two custom copper chimney caps on my house. Brad and Chris were extremely professional and excellent to work with- the project turned out perfectly. I would highly recommend this company for any residential construction projects and will definitely be using them again in the future!

  Solid service and friendly! I called Wednesday night due to the storms and Jordan was amazing to respond the next morning to go over details on some minor siding repairs. They were out by Friday to help with the minor repairs - the contractor was friendly too! Awesome service, fast, friendly, and I’ll be sure to hit you guys up again if I need any work done on the house! Absolutely pleased!

  Brad and Sarah were very helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns I had. They worked hard to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I was grateful to have them advocate on my behalf to the insurance company and I feel that they made sure that they job was done “right”.

  It was a pleasure working with Sarah. She did all the leg work with our insurance company for the hail damage to our roof. We didnt have to do any of the work or follow up. This included multiple phone calls with multiple claim reps and multiple in person inspections.

  Castle was very professional. Brad, came to our house. He gave us the estimate. Brad worked with our insurance company to get the deck replaced after a tree fell on it. He, and the crew who worked on our deck, became to feel more like family. My wife even made lunches for the guys, making sure they were eating well. They are a great company to have on any project for your home. Im even talking to them about a new project for my siding issues.
