  Hi Cathy, it looks like we did more than gutters for you. We did a flat roof project for you as well that was highly detailed, connected two structures and quite frankly a job that no other company would do for you. We understand that you may have your own opinion on how gutters should be pitched and so will other companies. We do gutters every day, you hired us to do them.   This is in reply to Troy's response to my previous review. Troy stated no other company would replace my flat roof, like they were doing me a favor. The ONLY reason that I hired Pro Resoration instead of the other companies that were willing to do the work is because Pro Restoration's quote was the lowest. But then they ended up raising their quote by over $2000.00 when the work was set to be scheduled. Another dishonest tactic from Pro Restoration. Troy's response that no other company was willing to do this also just goes to show how dishonest this company is. He made that up from his own imagination. I even have the written estimates from the other companies that were willing to do the job. I guess Troy just figured the only way I would have hired Pro Restoriation was if they were my only option. I just wanted to get it done so I went ahead and let them do the roof. He also stated that this was a very difficult job. It was a simple flat roof replacement. If they considered this a difficult job they are obviously not skilled or knowledgeable in roofing. They put a hole in my ceiling and told me they would fix it so it looked the same as it did before. Their employee repeatedly told me he would be there and then never showed up. It took them two months to finally finish and leave me with a terrible repair. Their representative's response to how bad it looks was that they are a roofing company not a drywall company and I shouldn't have expected them to be honest about it being repaired to look the same as it did before. They also admitted to me that they didn't even use all of the materials that they charged me for. They also left roofing materials all over the ground . So as requested here is my review of my experience with Pro Restoration's replacement of my flat roof.

  Eric Palm and everyone else involved in replacing our roof and gutter system were so great! They were professional, cleaned up all debris and were very efficient. I would definitely recommend Pro Restoration.

  Company Pro Restoration LLC project manager Brad Parks made dealing with our storm damage insurance claim completely painless. Brad met the adjuster at our house and handled all the paperwork. From start to finish Brad was fantastic! The team replaced our entire shingle roof in one day. The crew worked hard and left our yard spotless using a magnetic roller for stray nails. The new roof and gutters look incredible! Brad is a top notch project manager and highly recommended this company.

  I want to just say that Bo (Sales/Project Manager) was amazing to work with. Throughout the process of hail damage repairs, he was timely with communication and made the process very easy. Other companies I worked with were slow to get back to me and treated me like an account. Bo treated me like a person, responsive to questions and great with insurance communications. Would recommend to anyone looking for a no nonsense experience that is transparent and efficient. We had one small issue with the install and Bo made sure it was taken care of the next day. 10/10 recommend!

  We had a terrific experience working with Pro Restoration, LLC and project manager Matt Wienke to replace the storm-damaged roofing, gutters, and siding on my home. Matt quickly earned our confidence with his personable approach, effective communication, and obvious knowledge. He carefully documented the existing damage and coordinated directly with the insurance company to ensure we maximized our homeowner insurance benefits and minimized out-of-pocket costs. Matt listened carefully to our needs in helping us select the right materials and colors for this project and recommended several sensible upgrades to enhance the performance of the new roofing and siding at minimal additional cost. Matt kept the project on schedule and clearly explained each upcoming step as the project progressed. When a crew was working at the house, Matt was happy to show us exactly what was being done and stay to ensure a neat cleanup at the end of the day – two unmistakable signs of the pride he takes in his work. The entire project went very smoothly under Matt’s leadership.   We had a tree fall on our home and was referred to Pro Restoration. When I say this company was on top of helping us deal with fixing replacing our roof, it's the truth. Andrew Marinaro, one of their amazing representatives, was able to not only answer every question we had but made the experience effortless.   I had my roof replaced due to a hail claim. Andrew Marinaro was my representative with pro restoration. He was excellent to work with extremely helpful, got back to me right away, followed up and was extremely professional. The roofing crew did an excellent job roof looks great. I did have one issue along the way I also had 4 skylights replaced, one of them installed was the wrong model. I called Andrew right away he had the correct skylight delivered the next day and had a 3 man crew out there that afternoon and replaced the skylight impressive. I would definitely recommend pto restoration and Andrew Marinaro.

  I recently had Pro Restoration replace the shingles on my roof, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their communication was excellent—they kept me informed throughout the entire process and were always quick to answer any questions. The crew was efficient, professional, and completed the work on schedule without cutting corners. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and my new roof looks great.
